I was recently introduced to it as a one stop shop tool. I have wanted something that gives me easily deployable insights and analytics, a scheduler for social media and VistaSocial delivered and then some.The scheduler is very straightforward, clean and easy to use. Drag and drop your assets, customize your caption for the different platforms in one view and then schedule. Things I loved:1-You can see how your post will look like in your IG feed with your existing posts2-Editing images while scheduling is good. Not too complicated with enough features to get the job done if the image’s size/dimensions need modification.3-The calendar view can be changed to daily, weekly or monthly.The Tasks tool is very useful. It is based on the messages in your inbox. So if something needs a follow-up or an action, you can highlight that message as a Task (you get to assign it to a team member and designate what kind of task it is). The Reports tool is by far my favorite. I am enjoying fiddling around there. You get to generate nice and clean reports about your social media performance, posts performance, review performance, competitor analysis and even task performance (which is cool).I highly recommend this as a one-stop shop for agencies. The tutorials made it even better for me to understand the different possible features while using it. As a first time user it made my introduction to the platform seamless. I appreciated the registration process, which was quite simple and I can't argue with the subscription price! I love that I can keep track of all of my social media accounts in one place, it's easy to streamline accounts and focus on one or two accounts at a time. I can easily manage all social media account inboxes and comments as well. The calendar layout was pretty good and the finding trending hastags feature is also pretty unique to me. The reports feature is also great, well laid out and I can easily compare analytics which allows me a better chance of relaying information to clients on how accounts are performing.Overall a great platform, and I am excited to utilize Vista Social in my daily work! Cons For the most part, I do think the platform is great, with a few exceptions. I realized that I could not see replies from messages done with another device/platform, for example, from the Twitter mobile app. I was also unable to see pictures and videos in the chats. Social media, especially FB and IG where organic reach is dying or dead, the ROI for social posts is no longer there like it once was. The cost for many platforms doesn't justify the ROI.The analytics are great. The reports it pulls is easy to pull, read and repackage. Pros The support is fantastic.The price is reasonable.It is so easy to use and easy to train people who are not tech savvy to use.It has all the most important features to make scheduling easy. Cons The only thing I dislike is that it is not very intuitive in its design in terms of finding settings for certain things like times for queue posts. It also doesn't have top-level settings for all channels linked to profile groups. Also, there are certain places within a post or on settings where it takes you to the social channel, which feels unnecessary. If I click on social profile in settings its because I want to find more setting options for that profile.
