I am very satisfied. Pros I used Social Vista for the first time, which was recommended to me by one of my associates who recently started using it. I was immediately drawn by how simple this app is to use, yet it has everything I need.With this tool, I can handle all my needs as a Freelance Social media Manager. I particularly liked:1. The ease of use. How simple and user friendly the app is.2. The calendar. It's interactive, easy to navigate, and can change the view to daily, weekly and monthly view.3. April 12, 2024 5.0 Overall, it was worth making the switch from Agorapulse to Vista. At the time, Agorapluse didn't take AI integration as seriously as Vista did, and that's a deal breaker for me. So much of my stack is integrated with AI, so I need a tool that can keep up with that. Pros Solid onboarding videos to help navigate and get used to the UI, and I find the UI is much more user friendly than Agorapluse (the last SMM software I’m used to using). It’s more clean and easy to navigate, especially after watching the onboarding videos. The AI assistant helps shorten the first draft of my copy, all the while maintaining my brand's tone effectively. This saves me hours of time, without having to leave the app and navigate to ChatGPT. It’s already built-in the dashboard. last point. Having built-in reports is very convenient and saves me so much back and forth from having to generate reports manually with an external software. Cons I don’t see any chat box support. That would be nice to have. If they added an AI image generator to their AI Assistant (similar to the one in ChatGPT-4), then that would take this software to the next level. I understand that they’d need to charge more for that feature, but I would pay it. Last thing, I have trouble keeping my instagram connected. They should fix that bug. Pros What I like most about Vista Social is the ease of use, and availability of up to 8 profiles at the base offer. Vista Social integrates fast with social media profiles, it was smoother than when I used Hootsuite and Buffer some time ago. Did I mention the user interface? I found its navigation easy and uncluttered. In addition to this, when posts are sent, there is no brand signature showing the post was sent from Vista Social, so posts look original and not scheduled. I really like this feature. Pros Relatively new to the scene, I love that they’re still quite affordable compared to other platforms with all the same bells and whistles I'm used to - like content management, reporting and social listening. But what I value most from Vista Social is their robust content integrations and support (e.g. Zapier templates for external hookups like Google Sheets).Many of my clients come from diverse industries and at different stages of growth, which can make it difficult to consolidate moving pieces. In short I've used it to schedule Wordpress posts, shorten UTM links with Bit.ly and shared assets from Canva from one integrated VS dashboard. Cons I upgraded to the Pro+ plan mostly because it allows me to schedule content far in advance. That also comes with AI Assistance, which I have not found to be very useful.
