Also, so far all the posts went live without any issues, something that I cannot say the same for other platforms. Cons Custom video thumbnails would be nice addition but with the dedication that the developers have, I am sure there will be many improvements in the near future. This is a significant thing for a social media manager such as myself. I have had experience with many other social media scheduling platforms that haven't looked that professional and have been a headache to use. The tutorials and checklist for navigating the platform is simple and easy to understand. I love that there were many options for social media profiles to link, unlike some scheduling programs which limit you and you end up having to use different tools. So, having everything you need in one place is such a lifesaver. The scheduling is superb. I love being able to see all the different profiles plus the posts I have scheduled all on the calendar very neatly. The report feature will have to be my favourite, especially when it comes to presenting monthly social media reports to a client, this can be a lifesaver, saving you time and stress by having it ready to go for you, and of course, you can customise. Calendars and tasks are essential for organizing the job, especially if working with a team. It is very intuitive, with no useless sub-tool around. You can select as many images as you want to upload, and they show up on the calendar, move them around to desire posting day by simple drag and drop. Setting up posts is easy and the built-in AI feature is incredible! No need to go back and forth between different sites when I want to use AI to generate captions. The AI results are on-point and need very little editing, if any. I also love that I can change the font and do bold/italics directly on the post, no need to use other websites to do that. Scheduling future posts is also easy and I love that you can see the images on the calendar, makes it easier for me to have a good overview of the social media content. I love the saved captions feature, especially for recurring posts and CTAs, it's super useful. The ideas section is also a nice touch as sometimes I get random thoughts that I can't fully formulate into a post just yet, so it's helpful to have a place where I can dump all my ideas and come back to them later on. All in all very user-friendly and definitely something I will be using for work from now on. Pros The best features for me would be the built-in AI feature, the font editor, and the ideas section. These are all super helpful for a social media manager! It saves so much time compared to how i do things now going back and forth to other websites to accomplish the same results.
