August 3, 2023 5.0 I was able to quickly set up my social media accounts and begin developing my presence thanks to the tools' user-friendly layout. I'm looking forward to using the platform more frequently and expanding my social media presence. Pros Compared to other programs I looked at, Vista Social offers all the features I wanted in a social media management platform at a lower cost. The option to designate a team member to review and approve posts is my favorite feature. Collaboration with clients has become so much simpler as a result! The posts are automatically scheduled to publish if they are approved, and they can provide direct feedback if they are rejected. We now save several hours every month and the client experience is smoother thanks to it. Cons Vista Social's analytics and insights can be limited at times. Hopefully, this will soon be fixed. In addition, there are fewer features than on other social networking sites, and some users have reported software technical difficulties. Tone choices were assertive, casual, formal, motivational, funny, and a few more I can't remember. Cons Doesn't integrate with Threads yet but it's coming down the pipeline. Pros The software allows me to publish, and schedule not only in 1 platform but tons of them, whether individually or in bulk. It saves our management and scheduling time by 80%.I can also manage all incoming social messages and comments across channels within seconds.Moreover, it has an easy-to-follow user interface, which helps me to use the software immediately even without any videos or document instructions.And one of the best things is the price is incredibly low, compared to other software with the same functions. Cons There are some unnecessary buttons in the publishing section. Ex: separating camera symbol for uploading images and the filming camera symbol for videos. It drives me to click more than needed. Linking profiles, creating posts, accessing messages, and looking through media folders are all intuitive and easy to figure out. Everything is easy to find. Cons The only downside to the platform is that links within DMs cannot be viewed within platform and have to be opened separately (ex. on Twitter, if someone sends me a tweet via DM, I would like to be able to see the tweet without having to open the conversation on Twitter). I tried several in the past but this one is ALL-IN-ONE which I love. On top of that, the pro service is more affordable than the others. And the one that I have in mind in particular even charges more while Vista Social gives more value to users. Overall a great experience for me. Pros The fact that it is all-in-one is what I like best. Hence, it encompasses all of our daily activities as Social Media Managers, not only captions. Scheduling, caption management, comment management, and other things.I use Canva to create my posts, and I appreciate that you can connect it for scheduling and ready posting. But, you may perform basic editing within the app itself if you need to make last-minute changes or simply wanted to submit a photo. Another feature is, of course, the analytics. Since keeping up with these is crucial for our results, I adore the way Social Vista helps me do so. Cons I think the app is already quite effective and helped increased my productivity. I've liked Vista Social better than any of the other social media monitoring services or social media posting and scheduling services I've used in my career. Pros I really liked working with the AI assistant. It was fun to utilize AI to create posts that would otherwise take me hours to get written. I was surprised that the AI assistant captured the voice and tone I wanted and gave me multiple options of ways to phrase my posts. Very easy and fun to use! If you're managing multiple social media accounts, this tool is a gem! Pros VistaSocial does a great job integrating with the most popular tools! I especially love being able to connect to my Google Drive as I don't have a huge hard drive on my computer. Additionally, connecting to Canva is a great feature as well.The ChatGPT integration to write up the captions is a great feature, too!
