If you're managing multiple social media accounts, this tool is a gem! Pros VistaSocial does a great job integrating with the most popular tools! I especially love being able to connect to my Google Drive as I don't have a huge hard drive on my computer. Additionally, connecting to Canva is a great feature as well.The ChatGPT integration to write up the captions is a great feature, too! It is incredibly user-friendly, and the tutorials are easy to follow. As someone who manages multiple clients, the platform's functionality is a lifesaver. I love the unique features it offers, such as being able to see previously uploaded media in one section and quickly create a new post from it. The AI assistant tool is a great addition, making creating captions and rewriting text a breeze. However, it did take me a while to figure out specific commands, but once I did, it saved me a lot of time. Another feature I like is the calendar search button, which allows me to search through the calendar instead of scrolling through it to find a specific post. There are many great features on Vista Social but the one thing I like the most is the AI Assistant! What a time saver this is and makes my job so easy. It works very well and generates the right responses I'm looking for without making additional changes. I get writers block sometimes and this is going to help me so much. It definitely helps automate a lot of the manual work that many social media managers do on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Pros The UX and bones of this platform are great, most notably:- The inbox feature is awesome. I love that they group all of the messages, comments, and tags from a particular person together. The internal notes feature is also really nice to keep track of things like customer service notes, etc.- The optimal post times feature when scheduling is great and super beneficial- I love the calendar view. February 3, 2023 5.0 I was impresed with this platform from the get-go.It allows me to see all the social media profiles activities and messages in one place and helps me create content for all very quickly as it has easy-to-use features. For instance, the Canva and photo platforms attached to it (Pexels, Unsplash, etc.) save me time from going from website to website to find content, and with Canva embedded it is easy to edit the picture. What is best, the image is saved in the content management section automatically. That saves a lot of time.Also, the AI is very useful for captions. I was so surprised by how nice and emotional and 'real' the captions it gives are. It also works to answer messages, it gives you ideas of what to answer.The reports are also very easy to use and you can create templates and include written insights and then everything can be downloaded in a PDF in document format which is great. I am able to do quite literally everything I could ever imagine using this Social Media Management tool. The post scheduling feature is my favorite because it takes the consistent draining dread out of posting on our accounts. I can just work for a few hours and have all my social media accounts set up for the next month!
