The features they offer cost more and do not work as well for a team as Vista Socials. We've only been using the free trial so far, but truthfully believe Vista Social is going to save us time and energy as a team for all of our clients. We will be continuing on after our free trial. Cons The downside is that with reporting and data analysis, I cannot seem to find a way to customise my report more into my personal view. What I love about it is you are able to schedule posts simultaneously across different platforms, but it also allows you to edit and optimize the post on each platform. This is super convenient and saves me so much time rather than scheduling the posts individually for each platform! I am also amazed at how a project management tool is already built inside the app. This can really make social media manager's life so much easier only to use one app that performs all of the requirements needed to fulfill our responsibilities. I also love the competitor analysis and the hashtag report! The pop-up tutorials are easy to digest, and task management is an excellent feature! Cons I wonder how ChatGPT integration works at its peak hours. I tried using it, and it generated slower than using ChatGPT straight. Also, I tried the Create with Canva feature in content scheduling, but it's not working. I am redirected to Canva's error page, and I think this feature will not be helpful for SMMs like me who create batched content. Lastly, in the inbox, other profile photos are not showing.
