It has genuinely helped us centralise our social media communication within the company. The fact that one is able to see all comments, messages and mentions across all social media platforms all at once, really makes it a game changer. The in-house automation lets us respond quickly (even outside working hours, especially as evening support), and the advanced listening tools give us insights we'd usually have to pay a premium for somewhere else. As a growing business, this kind of power at an affordable price range is huge

It genuinely feels like having a Social Media manager built into the team. The automation tools are literally a lifesaver, the idea that one can post across multiple social platforms keeps our listings visible and socially active, even when we are knee deep I operational work. For a growing brand like ours, the type of detailed analytical insights that Vista Social offers is gold.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about at this current moment. The platform has fit our needs perfectly.

Having everything organized with all your clients really makes life easier for every social media manager, from scheduling to the inbox. The navigation is great, the interface is clean, and very intuitive. Besides, the metrics section is really good. Great experience, I really enjoy using the platform.

Pros

I tested Vista Social on the recommendation of a friend who is a social media manager, and I was really surprised.Of course, I had used other platforms before, but I had never found one that truly provided such a good visual overview to manage accounts at the same time. :) The navigation was what I liked the most,you have all functions on a single screen, and you can also view the calendar of all clients at once. It makes the work so much easier. The interface is really clear, clean, and easy to navigate. Anyone who works in social media knows what I'm talking about—how using tools that don't concentrate all your clients on one page makes the work more difficult to complete. And the fact that the inbox is also unified makes it easier and reduces work time; being able to respond to everything from one place really makes a difference. The reports are as complete as the 'official platforms", and I found them cleaner too for showing metrics to clients. It really delivers what it promises!meeting my needs as a social media very well and it definitely made me save time. :)

Cons

Until now, I really haven't found something that I don't like. it really met what I was told that the platform delivered, and the implementation is really easy

My experience with Vista Social is that I can connect all my social media accounts in one place. I can schedule posts, videos, and texts to go live whenever I want. This saves me a lot of time and makes my job easier. It's also easy to make changes and invite others to help. Plus, I can create reports to show my clients how things are going. I've tried other platforms, but Vista Social works best for me

What I like the most about Vista Social is that lets me connect other tools like Canva, which makes my job so much easier. Having all my content in one place means I can easily post across multiple social media accounts, saving me time and effort

Cons

What I like the leaste is that the free trial is only 14 days. It's a short time to fully explore the platform. However, it's so useful that I'd consider paying for the standard or professional plan to get more features and improve my social media accounts

Pros

A colleague of mine recommended Vista Social as a management platform for all Apps that I have connected to my work. As a freelancer, staying online and up-to-date is very important to attract new clients. On a daily basis, I am promoting my services to many platforms and I am also gathering information for complex projects. With Vista Social, I managed to organize my postings and have all media in one place. I can use all profiles with just a click, and I can easily see the reach of my work. And lastly, I would like to mention that the platform is super simple for usage, I learned all by myself, the interface is functioning without delays, the creation and posting is always exact and adapted for the app that I need. Personally, I am using it mostly to manage my profiles and to reach more clients in a structured way without constantly checking each app in a separate steps.

Cons

Maybe that I still can not manage my profiles on freelancer or people per hour. Still it is not that I don't like it, just a wish that maybe in the future this can be provided.

Overall, I like Vista Social. It is reliable and easy to use for managing multiple social media accounts in one place. It is an excellent all-in-one solution for online marketing teams/agencies.

Pros

What I like most ahbout Vista Social is their reporting and analytics features. The platform provides clear customizable reports that make it easy to measure engagement, followers growth. The calendar view is another highlight, I can see all my content from all my platforms in one overview. I also like the competitors analysis feature in reporting, you can easily compare your performance against your competitors. This is helpful for benchmarking content strategies. The platform also integrates well with major social networks, supports AI-generated post suggestions and ofefrs an easy to navigate interface.

Cons

What I like less about Vista Social that connecting certain social accounts give an error. But couldn't trace why the social account doesnt want to connect to Vista Social.

Having recently used the Vista Social platform, I have been thoroughly impressed. After spending years on the Meta Business Suite, I was eager to explore a new scheduling platform. What I love most about Vista Social is its user-friendly dashboard. It’s incredibly easy to navigate, making social media management seamless for both beginners and seasoned marketers alike. One standout feature is the cross-platform scheduling capability. This feature allows me to manage all my social media accounts in one place without any hassle. Additionally, the cross-reporting feature is exceptional; it visually presents percentage increases and decreases clearly, aiding in performance analysis and strategy adjustments. I particularly enjoyed using the scheduling feature. It allows me to format the font within captions directly, eliminating the need to switch between different software. Editing posts is also straightforward, and although this feature wasn't included in my current package, I know it'll be a game changer when I upgrade.

Cons

While my experience has been largely positive, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The social listening feature, for instance, has been somewhat disappointing. As a Social Media Manager, I'm always looking for tools that help me stay organized across all the brands, and Vista Social is perfect for that. It saves me a ton of time. Connecting accounts is super easy, and the platform is very user-friendly with a clear menu and intuitive options. The content calendar is one of my favorite features. It makes it simple to stay organized with all accounts.

Cons

There’s a learning curve at first, but once you explore the features, it all starts to make sense and becomes easy to use. I didn’t pay much attention to the tooltips because I prefer learning by doing, but I can see how they might be helpful for others. Overall, the platform is intuitive once you get going.

Overall, Vista Social is able to solve my collaboration and planning problems within my current role. The availability to assign tasks, as well as set some tasks as a priority, allows me to collaborate with my team more efficiently. I also found that the planning tools on the website was really helpful. I typically use Microsoft Office to plan my social calendar, however the site has its own calendar where it shows different holidays and important calendar dates, as well as giving you the option to add notes on certain days. It is nice to be able to see your month as a whole, and see what you have planned/going live.

Pros

Vista Social is an easy to use scheduling tool, with all the bells and whistles! The design and layout of the site is simple, with the options to click through the different tools on the left hand side of the page. What I liked most about Vista Social is the ability to combine all the different tools that a social media manager needs into one platform. I typically use various different apps and platforms to write down notes, assign tasks to different team members, and look at my overall content calendar for the month. It is brilliant that Vista Social is able to combine all of these into one platform. When first signing up to Vista Social and exploring the platform, each page offers you a walkthrough of all of the tools available to you, which is really handy, as well as a customer support section on the right bottom hand corner. It was really easy to integrate each of my social profiles onto the site, and add whatever social channels I needed to, quickly and efficiently. I am definitely someone who likes to plan, so the notes, tasks and create space on the site makes it really easy to have everything in one place, and implement social strategies, as well as assigning different team members different tasks to be most productive. Overall, Vista Social is a brilliant platform, and what I liked the most about it is the way it has integrated different platforms into one.

Cons

There were few things that I disliked about the site. At first glance Vista Social might look a bit overwhelming, with a lot of different options available, to create, schedule, run reports and analysis across different social channels. However the tutorials mentioned do make this less daunting.

Over the 8 years in my social media management career, I’ve used so many tools with similar functionalities! Khoros, Sprinklr, Buffer, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Sprout Social and many more. This one takes the lead in my favorite tools: I found myself navigating it with such ease fast, the menus are clear and intuitive, the whole user experience is clean and zero overwhelming, unlike other tools I have used before. The tutorials were concise and brief. You can connect different profiles under separate client profiles, which helps my workflow. I especially loved the AI tool to write down captions, this is so handy when you are in a rush! One less tab on my desktop is always a great idea. And talking about downsizing from additional tools, I liked the project management section “Tasks”, it’s super handy for communicating notes with my designer and community manager. Overall, I like it. It works for me, my freelancers and my clients.

Pros

I liked how easy and clean the whole interface is, especially how the Listening and Reporting sections are, I’ve experienced some that were unnecessarily complex. This one goes straight to the metrics you need to overview, with neat graphs. I especially liked how the reports where clearly separated and described, it tends to be very confusing to have thousands of numbers and metrics you don’t care shown at you. And finally, you receive weekly emails with metrics and highlights, suuuper handy.

Cons

I could not find anything I didn't like. Everything is laid out intuitively so I had no trouble understanding the tool and using it.

Signing up is seamless, navigating the platform is super easy, posting content is convenient, social listening is so easy to utilise, and I just love the analytics on this product.

I have been a Social Media Manager for 8 years and an agency owner for 2 years, and I have tried several different SMM platforms. Vista Social has ticked all my boxes and exceeded my expectations. Firstly, it was so easy to navigate from the start; it wasn't even necessary to follow tutorials around the platform because it was so user-friendly. Connecting social accounts was seamless, and posting content was quick and easy. A huge plus is that once content is posted, the platform allows you to click through straight to the social page to view what was posted. The social listening tools of Vista Social is a gamechanger; it has real-time inbox features to view messages, comments, and mentions across social platforms. The DM automation feature so convenient with the ability to automate replies to any messages. I've also made use of the analytics, and they are far superior than what I have seen before. So excited to keep using this tool for my work and for my clients, I can really leverage scaling my clients marketing with this invaluable tool. I would highly recommend it for any social media manager or digital marketing agency.

Cons

I can't think of any expectation that this product hasn't met yet. However, I want to keep using the product, so I would be happy to give them constructive feedback in the future in order to optimise it, this would be a win win for both.

It was an overall excellent experience! I didn't encounter any problems integrating my accounts, as well as my client accounts. It's like an overall dashboard for all my social media management clients!

What I like about Vista Social is really it's ability to generate instant reports! As a strategist who loves to work with data, iI can easily track performance and adjust my strategy accordingly. Moreover, it's feature to link Canva makes it an ease for me to schedule contents. Because I am handling multiple social platforms, Vista Social makes it easy for me to track both inbound and outbound messages with its Inbox feature. And lastly, it has the Social Listening feature which is very important for future strategies!

Love to have all my messages in one place. Easy to use and very user-friendly, you have the tutorials right next to you when needed.

Pros

Creating an account is super easy. Connecting the profiles is great and easy! I loved how it recognized all my business assets and pages TikTok gave me a little problem connecting. I connected my Canva account, which was recognized all at once from my Google profile! I love this because it was really easy!

Cons

I need to have an option to pre-save images, we work a lot with offers, and it is better to share the actual art rather than a whole block of information that must client may not read! As a med spa, we also constantly have to share videos or pictures of before-and-afters or just to show how a procedure is done. Therefore, please add an option to create a catalog of pictures or, in the save replies, the option to add pictures.

Pros

Vista Social is a very cost effective solution as compared to most of its rivals. Instead of paying enterprise price tags, you can sign up to Vista Social for much less. Content scheduling with Vista Social is very easy and the whole process is extremely streamlined. What set Vista Social apart for me was the real-time unified inbox. It allowed me to monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions across multiple platforms all in one place. This feature is such a great tool specially for my clients who are looking to boost their customer/follower engagements. Bundled this with the social listening feature, which allows me to track my mentions, competitor activities and relevant keywords across all social platforms and the internet, Vista Social allows me to be always on top of the latest trends. I 100% recommend this tool!

Cons

Although it allows full social media scheduling, its still lacks full publishing support for YouTube.

Summary: I’ve been using this platform for a few months now after a long time with more traditional tools. What caught my attention the most is how naturally it integrates all my work into one place, from assigning tasks to the team, the publishing and monitoring, and even advocacy efforts, even Reddit. This easy integration of all my work made a noticeable difference in how I manage and publish content across teams.

Pros

The integration with Canva is a small detail but I definitely wasn’t expecting it. It lets you edit existing designs before posting, or even creating something based on a predetermined template you have for the brand, or start from scratch. Not having to bounce between platforms just to update a graphic has saved me or even wasting time bouncing back between teams to change small details. I also really like the way it handles trends and hashtags — being able to start from a relevant search and create content straight from there is something I didn’t know I needed. The feed visual planner for TikTok and Instagram is great if you're working with visual consistency across brands. It’s definitely built with today’s workflows in mind — automation, team visibility, compliance, even advocacy features. The AI assistant can be amazing, but it totally depends on how well you have your strategy defined and how clearly you feed it into the AI assistant. I also loved the feature to create and design landing pages directly from the tool.

Cons

The hashtag tool sometimes wont show results if the words used for the search don’t have enough volume, but overall I had a great experience.

Overall very positive. Very good value for money. More than just scheduling. Connections to other software such as Canva which is a plus.

Pros

I found that Vista Social is favourable in terms of functionality, value for money, scheduling and analytics. But it goes beyond the ability to schedule content for me as a social media manager. Many SMM tools offer these basic functions. I found that seeing messages, comments and mentions in real time in your inbox for Facebook, instagram, TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn to be extremely helpful. Being able to automate responding to all messages using DM Automations feature - Listening feature which is typically a premium offering with other SMM platforms is super powerful and very affordable for a small business. The teams interactions on the platform allows faster responses and solutions for client needs.

Cons

I would like to see improvement on the mobile app experience in terms of navigation and functionality.

La plataforma es fácil de usar y muy dinámica. Creo que una de sus mayores ventajas son los reportes y el dashboard. Tengo una agencia de gestión de redes sociales, y me resultó muy útil poder visualizar todo en un mismo espacio: el contenido calendarizado y los resultados obtenidos. Y claro, la automatización de mensajes o respuestas a comentarios por DM me pareció una herramienta muy valiosa. Me gustó que tenga plantillas prediseñadas con las respuestas más utilizadas, lo cual agiliza muchísimo el trabajo.

Pros

Lo que más me gustó de la plataforma es que permite conectar todos mis perfiles de distintas redes sociales en un solo lugar. Algo que me pareció especialmente atractivo es la posibilidad de contar con una biblioteca de contenido (media library) desde la cual se pueden seleccionar los posteos y decidir en qué perfil compartirlos. Incluso se puede compartir el mismo post en múltiples perfiles, lo cual es muy útil, por ejemplo, para publicar simultáneamente en LinkedIn y Meta.

Cons

Tuve un problema al conectar mis perfiles de meta, pero por suerte desde soporte tecnico me pudieron ayudar al instante.

Pros

The homepage provides an excellent overview, and navigation is straightforward thanks to the clear sidebar. I especially appreciate that in the Media Folder, you can view all the details of an asset, such as aspect ratio and pixel format. The publishing content view is also a standout feature; you can see all existing profiles in the sidebar and still make edits during the publishing step, which I haven’t encountered in many other social media tools and find very convenient. The AI features are impressive and save a lot of time for social media managers, particularly the automations in DMs and active listening. I also like that messages are received in real time. Additionally, the option to schedule reports is something I’m seeing for the first time, and it’s extremely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cons

So far, I don't have any major issues with Vista Social. Usually, I find the structure of social media tools lacking and am disappointed by the absence of AI integration. However, with Vista Social, I am noticing that these features are actually present.

### "Absolute gamechanger for social media managers and business owners"

Out of all the social media management platforms I tried, this one is my favorite!! I tried this once before and learned it from my one of my clients but I wasn't able to explore the features that much. Now that I used it again, I am blown away by all the features that it gives!

Pros

Great value for money. The interface gives a premium feel and it's so easy to use. Aside from the post scheduling, I love that it has DM automations so no need to use another tool like Manychat. The listening feature is also great and it's something that you usually just see on more expensive platforms. I can also delegate tasks to other users and use it as a task management tool, so that's amazing. Finally, I love that the analytics are detailed but still easy to understand. Overall, I'm obsessed!

Cons

There are no complaints from me for now, still enjoying the features that Vista Social has to offer.

### "Vista Social... simply wow!"

Vista Social pleasantly surprised me. It is an intuitive, simple and minimalist platform, ideal for both experts and beginners. The tutorial is clear, the filters make work easier and the KPIs are useful for decision making. The inbox with history is practical and tools like Vista Social Listening are really powerful. A very complete experience!

Pros

My first impressions were that it is really intuitive, quite simple and minimalist, I loved it! I think many specialists will agree with me that the simpler the interface of a multi-tasking tool, the better! Furthermore, I think it is an excellent tool for both experts and beginners, for the reasons mentioned above and because the tutorial it offers is really concise and useful. The various filters in its different sections make everything easier. The key performance indicators (KPIs) are quite clear, they show the areas of opportunity and are a great aid in decision making. Something I loved was the possibility of configuring groups of profiles with specific settings, that's key for those of us who manage multiple brands and the internal notes in different spaces allow us to maintain fluid and consistent communication between collaborators!

Cons

So far I haven't found anything I don't like as such. Maybe I would like to have more aesthetic customization options in the dashboard, but nothing serious. What I do think would make the learning curve even easier for new users is if some sections had small explanations when you hover the cursor over them.

Honestly, what made me change was the need for a more agile, less saturated and more intuitive tool. With Hootsuite and Sprout Social, I felt that many functions were “on top of each other” or were unnecessarily complicated for what I was really looking for: to publish, monitor and manage conversations in a practical and fast way.

I find its automation feature really helpful for tasks like lead generation, DMs, and social listening. I love that I can manage several pages like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google all from one platform. The dashboard provides the most important info in a way that's easy to share with clients during reporting meetings. The tasks feature streamlines the collaboration process since tasks can be assigned and monitored from the platform as well. The automations are the best feature, making outreach and lead generation more efficient.

Pros

The UI is user friendly easy to learn. It is very easy to setup an account and get organized. Vista has many very helpful features as well, such as the automation features which are very easy to setup. Vista Social also help with content planning, scheduling, and outreach. and the automation features makes massaging leads easy. the tasks tool makes team collaboration simple since tasks can be assigned and managed.

Cons

Honestly there wasn't much to dislike. one small quirk was that after connecting my accounts, all of my dm had the same date stamp buts that about it.
