To then be able to go into messages and be able to respond to all of my enquiries in one place is so efficient and reduces the over whelm I can often feel across numerous platforms. Pros Being able to plan the weeks content and campaigns over even months is so valuable. The fact that I can go into one area and have the messages across all platforms enable a focus and time efficiency. Cons Only adding Facebook & IG business accounts. It helps me daily in my business as a social media manager. I especially like that I can change the time zone (I travel frequently) and export my content calendar as a PDF. That makes sharing (and approving) content with my clients much more effortless. Their AI Assistant is an excellent addition, too, for when I am stuck while creating content.
