Vista Social is a very intuitive and modern tool that has allowed me to optimize my social media content management. I can schedule content simultaneously by connecting multiple social media profiles and responding to comments from a single inbox, and the calendar is one of the most useful features for planning content by the social network, for posting dates, and for days and weeks, saving time to create more and better content. I highlight the ease of collaborating with teams and receiving feedback before publishing, which facilitates organization and prevents errors in posts. It has visually clear statistics to analyze the performance of each post, a very good option for content creators looking to improve their workflow.

Pros

It allows me to automate workflows for publishing content in advance, from individual pieces to batches of content, and centralizing messages in my inbox improves productivity.

Cons

I note that it is not possible to like comments from the inbox. This feature would be useful to strengthen community engagement.

Fantastic! There is a lot of support and help in regards to learning how to navigate the platform. I am excited to keep using it and making use of all their tools... the listening feature is very impressive!

Pros

I love how user friendly it is, the UX design makes the dashboard and platform very straightforward and user friendly. Very impressed!

Cons

There is nothing that stands out, it is a well organised and designed platform. If anything it would be the initial stage of going through and seeing all the features and tools as it is such a complete platform.. each section having their own walk through tutorial was insightful but slightly frustrating to click through.

It has been very good experience so far. It is very powerful tool for managing our social media accounts in one platform. It is very good for the small business like ours. It is very easy to use, user friendly, affordable and full of important tools that help our business. My team enjoys using it, as it helps making our colloboration with our clients much easier and smoother. It is very worth trying.

Pros

What we like the most is the real time inbox that we able to see and responde to messages, comments and mentiones across Facebook, IG, Tiktok, Treads and Linkedin in one place. Our team did not need to jump between the platforms. We love that we can reply in one platform to all our social media accounts. We also love the DM feature. We set up a smart automatic reply that would keep our customer enagaged when we are not working. It has been helping us saving time and maintain consistency with our customers.

Cons

We would say the Mobile app experience could have improve a little better. The mobile app version is working but is not as smooth as the desktop version. We have to use desktop version for more complex tasks. We hope that we can do that on the mobile phone version too, if we travel and need to do something quick without using laptop.

It has saved me a ton of time, and makes it easier for me to show the marketing efforts and discuss them to the rest of the organization as well.

Pros

I manage the social media accounts for a couple of B2B businesses, and this is the first tool i have found that really have made my job so much easier. As it integrates with all the tools I need, and I can answer all messages here. We get a lot of questions from our potential customers through social media, and this way I have one place for all replies, streamlining my process. The calendar view is also super helpful, as I show it to my coworkers and management in our weekly meetings so that they are always up to date with what outreach is planned for the week.

Cons

As with all tools you have to play around with it a bit to fully understand. I recommend watching some youtube videos on how to use the different features and then it's pretty easy.

I say this because, I've been in the field for a while now, and I truly value anything that helps me save time while keeping up consistent, organic interactions with the audience - and using tools that make that connection more direct makes all the difference!

Without a doubt, the features that allowed me to check messages in real time across different accounts and the automatic DM reply option were the tools I used the most on my clients' accounts!

Most important, Vista Social helped me with fragmented communication; before, I was constantly switching between apps to make sure I hadn't missed important things. Now, with the unified inbox everything is centralized. This feature which I would call a game changer led to faster response time and no missed opportunities. Besides this, it comes packed with a great value for money, which is quite affordable for small businesses or content creators.

Pros

Vista Social goes beyond simply scheduling posts. First, it's great that it offers a unified inbox, which means I can see all my DMs, comments, and mentions from my SM platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and even Threads in one single and real-time feed. Second: I'm able to automate responding to all messages using DM Automations feature which is a lifesaver in our on the rush life, saving you a lot of time. Third: it comes equipped with Listening tool which is typically super premium compared to other SMM that offers this functionality alone and charges you much more. Instead, Vista Social is quite affordable for a small business. So, I definitely recommend Vista Social as a SMM for all these reasons mentioned above.

Cons

I couldn't say I dislike something particularly about Vista Social as it's a great tool that offers all the features you need for a successful SMM. If I really need to pick something, would be just the string of features. You need to set some time to dig in and understand exactly how all these functions and get the most out of every feature.

I’ve tried many tools over the years, and Vista Social is one of the few that actually delivers on the promise of being all-in-one. The platform is clean, intuitive, and packed with features that I actually use. It saves me time, keeps me organized, and helps me deliver a better experience for my clients. I no longer need three different tools to manage inboxes, automate DMs, and monitor brand mentions. It’s efficient, affordable, and surprisingly powerful for small teams and solo marketers.

Pros

After a few years working as a Social Media and using multiple plataforms I must say that what really sets Vista Social apart for me it’s the real-time inbox and it's automation capabilities. It was a really game-changer being able to see and respond to messages, mentions, and comments of all my Social Media Accounts from one place. The DM Automation feature is also incredibly helpful, I could automate initial responses to inquiries, save time, and still sound personal. Also the Social listening and analytics are really helpful.

Cons

The setup of social profiles took a bit longer than expected, and I had to refresh a few times to get all accounts connected properly. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it was a little clunky at first. Also, I’d love to see even more advanced analytics on the basic plan.

Very happy with the platform. It integrates all features really well and the platform is very easy to navigate and use!

Pros

I truly love the fact that Vista Social is an all in one platform for not just managing different profile schedules, but integrating cohesive strategies too! For example, there is a DM Automation tool which is similar to 'Many Chat'. Essentially warming leads or creating automated conversations with engaging users. I enjoy that this feature can be integrated on one platform! Furthermore, the scheduling tool is very easy to use. The dashboard gives a nice overview of all connected account activity and Vista Social has built in reporting tools that report on Social Media performance! Again, very helpful and convenient that all these features are integrated into one fully functioning platform. No need for several different applications/ log ins etc!

Cons

The inbox feature picks up LinkedIn comments as messages. Not a dislike - just got a bit confused as to when i received comments as messages and had to double check! Furthermore, it does take a while to update on new engagements that come through via LinkedIn!

I work for a small company and am the only employee in the area. It helps me a lot with task management because it's very easy to use. I appreciate that it's organized and the interface is very fast. The calendar option is also very visible, which is something I appreciate about this platform. I also tried using the reports and loved the so many options to choose from; it helps me extract data for future campaigns.

Pros

What I liked most about the platform is that it's very easy to use, and I think it's suitable for all types of businesses. I work for a small business, and it works very well integrating social media to automate campaigns and improve timeliness when you don't have a full communications team in-house.

Cons

I think it's very easy to use, but the fact that it displays so many popups doesn't help the user experience. I understand there are options for everyone, but the platform is very intuitive.

Pros

I like that Vista Social has many useful tools to plan, schedule, and organize content. The automation and AI insights save a lot of time, and the preview and teamwork features make managing accounts much easier.

Cons

Some buttons are light in color and hard to see, and the text looks a bit small. This can make it difficult for beginners to notice details or small errors in captions.

The fact that I can post on multiple social media platforms at once really helps me to be more strategic in what I post and when I post, plus it frees me up of time. Now I have more freedom to do other important things such as create content, hang out with friends, spend more time in meetings planning my next big move! This is definitely my favourite social media planner and I have used a few in my time of Social Media Management.

Pros

The optimal time feature is also an absolute game changer as it takes the stress out of me having to post at different times to figure out when my audience is most active. This feature has it all figured out for you. This is by far my favourite feature!

Cons

There wasn't any cons for me as it's everything that I've ever needed in regards to SMM platforms and I've tried a few and cancelled my subscriptions.

Pros

The tool was beyond my expectation to be honest, I enjoyed the flexibility and level of personalization you receive on the posting and planning tools. The ability to connect with Canva definitely helped us streamlining our social media operations as some of our Client's content is done within Canva. Definitely a tool I would recommend at least trying. BTW they added auto-dm for instagram which helped us ditch another billing tool and use Vista Social instead.

Cons

The set up went smoothly but I had some issues at the beginning connecting our META accounts, but the support team was pretty quick on responding our request.

I’ve had a great experience using Vista Social!! Scheduling and publishing posts is VERY easy, and know this: the notifications in my e-mail keep everything organized. The unified inbox brings together messages, comments, and mentions, while DM automations (I LOVED THAT) make replies faster. Features like keyword monitoring, multi-platform review management, and task organization make the work much more practical. There are also handy tools like 'employee advocacy' and quick shortcuts, making it simple and efficient to manage multiple accounts from one dashboard. Im looking forward to let my team know about this SMM Tool!!

Cons

Nothing yet. Ive just started using it, so I need more time to explore all the features and see how it performs in my daily workflow. So far, everything seems promising, and Im curious to see how it will handle more complex tasks.

In summary, it's a good tool, and you have to be patient to find all the tricks you already knew from other tools in the segment. Here, you have to click on all the tools and review the help before reaching support, as happened to me. But overall, it's a tool that meets the expectations of any other, more expensive tool.

Pros

Everything is integrated into a single dashboard from the moment you connect to the first social network. It shows you the possibilities, for example, Facebook: page, profile, group; allowing you to delegate some tasks to your team. From my point of view, it's ideal for advertising and marketing agencies because you can group their social networks by clients and groups, since almost everyone has more than three social networks. One of the things I liked most is that they're not so technical, and if you don't understand anything, you just have to look for the help icon. Sometimes they have help links to their support area, and there you can find videos and screenshots on how to do what you don't understand. It's great. It adapts to posts on different social networks. You don't have to worry about the length of your posts. You always get an alert about which social networks have already exceeded their post length, and it displays a little bell for each social network.

Cons

At first, I was very confused by the Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool because all the text was to the right of the edit box. I had accidentally clicked on an icon to make this happen. It took me some time to adjust it, and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. But once I found my mistake, I was very happy again.

I’m a Social Media manager and I’ve already used lots of tools to schedule posts, but this one is super intuitive when it comes to switching between accounts and replying to DMs. But the real game-changer was definitely being able to use the “Listening” feature. I added several keywords and got to see how many times my audience mentioned them in messages and comments! That’s pretty revolutionary, because I remember the time when I used to do it all manually lol. I totally recommend at least giving it a try when deciding.

Pros

For sure, the social listening feature is a real lifesaver, and the results are reliable because I had already done it manually on my profile and they were accurate.And it’s included in the most basic plan, no need to pay a fortune, it’s a great value for money.

Cons

I believe the tool can improve when it comes to LinkedIn, I think the comments get mixed up with the DMs. That doesn’t happen on the other social networks, but I get that LinkedIn has its own different characteristics. Other than that, the implementation is smooth.

It was effortless! In my 13 years experience working in social media I have never found a tool so easy to use!

Pros

How it combines social media management, listening, content calendar AND can connect to ALL the social platforms EFFORTLESSLY! Even the newest platforms like BlueSky & Threads are on there! It was really easy to use and is the way forward! I also loved the inbuilt AI to help you create content!

Cons

The images are so small on the content calendar they were hard to see, apart from that I really couldn't find anything I didn't like!

Vista Social keeps you on trend but also organized with every important aspect of your company. I selected the perfect plan for us and now the team is more communicated and focused, it gives us this professional use that we needed.

Pros

Uploading your content for marketing purposes is so much easier, you just schedule it and get the job done whenever you need to. The platform is so intuitive and you don't need to use a bunch of platforms, now you can analyze, plan and upload your content and keep it organized.

Cons

Is not that known so we can't connect with that much brands as I wish we could, but that could be fixed and I know it will be very soon.

the user friendly interface has helped me use it with more ease as compared to other SMM tools. The post scheduling, content crafting and analytics all in one place makes managing multiple accounts a thousand times easier and its all in one package so I do not have to pay for multiple SMM softwares to manage, analyse and optimise multiple profiles.

Cons

Honestly, having a few advanced features made it a bit difficult for me to get used to the platform. A few analytical tools could be more flexible. that being said once you are used to the platform the overall experience is still very smooth

I’ve been testing Vista Social for a few days now and I have to say I’m really impressed. The interface is super clean and it literally took me a few minutes to connect my accounts. In less than 15 minutes, I scheduled 4 posts and published 2. I didn’t expect it to be so fast! The ease of implementation and integration is truly amazing. One of the things I really liked was the grid view, it makes it really easy to see at a glance. The way the insights are summarized is also amazing. The reports? Honestly, a lifesaver. They generate quickly and give me exactly what I need. It’s save me SO MUCH TIME! The inbox was another amazing thing. I really needed to have a single place to see all my messages! I’m still exploring all the features, but so far, I’m enjoying it more and more each day. I definitely feel like I’ve found a new favorite one. I’ll be using it more often than not. It’s just great! I’ve also noticed that the platform has great customer support, which makes everything even easier.

I still have no complaints, I'm writing because I have a lot of compliments and I'm changing and migrating all my clients to Vista

Overall It’s a solid platform, clearly built by people who know the challenges of content creation or Social Media Management. Super intuitive, especially for anyone just starting out in managing and publishing content. I definitely would recommend it to clients and colleagues.

What I love the most about this tool is the AI assistant. It’s become essential for me. You just drop a quick draft of the idea, and from there you can experiment with different tones, formats, and reword it—all in just a few clicks. Another big win is the live preview. Being able to see how each post will look on different platforms with such precision really helps fine-tune the content. The synced media library has saved me more than once—it’s a huge time-saver. it’s helped me cut down several hours of manual work each week.

Cons

Luckily, In my experience with the platform, everything worked as expected—I haven’t come across anything that didn’t do what it was supposed to.

Pros

The best part about Vista Social is that it facilitated my work a lot. It was very easy to use. I especially enjoyed the post scheduling tool, it was very precise and I didn't have to worry about posting too late.

I don’t need to jump between tools anymore. I schedule, reply, monitor, and report from the same dashboard, which has made managing multiple accounts feel way more manageable. It's saved me hours and helped me stay more organized overall.

Pros

t’s a really solid all in one tool. Setup was quick, and I had everything connected in under 10 minutes, including social accounts, Canva, and adding a team member. The inbox saves me so much time, and the DM automation makes handling common messages super easy. I also like the built in social listening, it’s something I usually have to pay extra for on other platforms. Reporting is clean, and having all the metrics in one place is a big help.

Cons

Some features aren't super obvious at first. I had to explore a bit to figure out how the deeper tools work, like automations or listening filters. But once I got into the flow, it started to feel pretty intuitive. Support was helpful too when I reached out.
