Overall, I have a very positive experience working with this platform. It makes my tasks as an SMM manager easier and faster.

Pros

I really like the social listening tool because I have all the reviews in one place. Besides that, I personally find the super cool option of exporting reviews. I use this function to download reviews, segment and analyse them, and then develop a content plan based on audience pain points, needs, or objections, making it more relevant and specific to our audience. Regarding content scheduling, several features make content creation easier for me (compared to our previous tool), which immediately shows how many symbols I have in the post. Moreover, I can tag other accounts for LinkedIn posts directly from Vista Social.

Cons

I didn't find any disadvantages; it's very comprehensive and allows for connecting and working with many platforms and services.

It is an excellent tool for managing social networks and your company's marketing in general, I was impressed with the level of customization of the reports and the accuracy of the preview of scheduled posts, as well as the great visualization of all profiles on the main dashboard.

Pros

I am impressed by the sheer number of profiles, functions, and tools included. It's impressive that it includes social listening, a powerful tool for tracking a brand's online reputation, and it's offered at such a reasonable price.

Cons

It's just one thing, having so many features and options sometimes makes it difficult to visualize the options panel in the creation of a post, although it is easily solved by moving the scroll bar, this does not happen in the mobile app looks great and works smoothly.

The business problem that i was having was having a broad spectrum of clients and managing multiple platforms for each of the client was acting as a road block in my business growth; either I have to limit the number of clients that I am managing or need to hire new resources as the business grows; vista social is no doubt the best solution for my problem; I integrated multiple marketing channels on a single platform and it saves my time and give me more clarity on the performance over various platforms, I can focus on onboarding more clients without the hassle of extra working hours and resources.

Pros

One of the biggest challenges of a digital marketing manager is to manage all the different marketing platforms, Vista Social solves the problem for me by offering an all in one platform; it offer seamless scheduling, real time publishing; and monitoring across all the different platforms, proving as am effective unified platform.

Cons

There are few things that can be improved; like the customization in reporting, and the app version has limited functionality, as a manager I want full functional app so everything can be just a tap away.

It’s been a great experience so far. The platform is simple to use, but it still has powerful features that make my day-to-day work easier.

Pros

I like the fact that I can connect most of my accounts and manage all of them at once while still keeping it affordable. I also really like the feature that lets you reply to messages across all accounts. Some platforms I used in the past had trouble with that which is way annoying when you’re managing multiple accounts, replying one by one becomes a huge time waste so this is a big plus for me. I also like how easy it is to generate reports and share them with clients. Compared to other platforms I’ve used, this is way faster. The competitor analysis tool is another good feature for me; it’s available for Facebook and Instagram right now, but I hope they’ll expand it to other platforms soon. That would be really helpful to back up my work!

Cons

Honestly, everything worked well for me. If I had to mention something, it would be the upload time for media it takes slightly longer sometimes. That said, it’s still relatively fast, and in my experience, most platforms have this small inconvenience. It’s not that much of a dealbreaker for me for now.

I was literally CRAVING for a tool that helped me with the social media management with all my businesses as I am an entrepreneur who likes to be in charge of all, but sometimes it feels impossible to do it. Now I can, and I feel so grateful for finding Vista Social because it is all that I wanted, easy to use, clear, simple... Totally loved it and I plan to use it for a long time.

Pros

I feel incredibly relieved and confident using Vista Social for all my brand planning, it's a game-changer to spend just one day planning my weekly content instead of wasting hours like I used to. Also I love the AI linked to the caption tool while posting in case I need inspiration, and I loooove that is suggests you the "optimal times" for posting. I love that there is the App version for the iphone so that way I can do it whenever I want.

Cons

I had difficulties while using Chrome browser, and also trying to add more hashtags when posting "Group of Hashtags" I was only able to add just 1.

I first tried Vista Social to see messages and comments in one Inbox. Now, what I like best is the ability to create DM Automations with all the Social Media users I want.

I think the experience is excelent, the app has amaze me in several ways, like the organization, for each social media. And also that I can have more than two companies and social media of each one, doing two profiles. So I can have in just one app everything. I was a little bit tired of cheking in every app, the different social media, this page came to me and now I can do it more efficiently. I like when something is missing the app is telling me what I did wrong, it pops up like a red point, and it directs me to my error, I dont have to be searching for it in all the page. I really like the way the app is, like so clean, like there are no extra buttons o a lot of things that makes you feel overwhelmed, so its easy to use. And In this world that we live, its perfect if exists something that makes life a little bit easier.

Pros

Well the first thing is that it really surprime me, I used to manage the accounts like in separate, because I think it would be better, but one I found out this app it amazed me. The instructions to use it where easy, the app seems clean, like no extra buttons added. It also has a planner where you can have everything organize for the account.

Right now I am still finding one thing that I don't like.

The app is intuitive and easy to navigate. The font sizes and bold text create a clear hierarchy in the sections, so the eye moves naturally to find what it’s looking for. The spacing between sections and blocks is generous, which prevents the interface from feeling cluttered and helps with organization and focus. Visually, it’s clean and user friendly. It’s a central platform where I can carry out multiple tasks needed to manage my clients’ accounts, such as publishing, writing, scheduling, uploading media, filtering, tagging, and reviewing interactions. Focus is very important to me, and I feel that Vida Social allows for that it helps organize, filter out distractions, and keep me centered on what matters most. Vista Social is very easy to navigate. You can see all the features right on the dashboard, with no confusion about what to click. I like the mini tutorials that appear when you click on each icon — they helped me understand more about each resource and how I can explore the tools further. I absolutely love the AI Assistant and all the creative suggestions for text. In the real world of digital marketing, we need to be objective and omnichannel — we need to see the results and apply the findings right away. For me, it’s been a point of no return. Being able to respond from all my different accounts in one single space has been incredible. The amount of time I’ve saved has been a key factor in deciding whether this platform was right for me, and it absolutely is. Everything has been very intuitive and easy to use, with no need for manuals or long explanations.

It’s such an easy and intuitive platform to use, I genuinely have no complaints. As a content creator managing multiple accounts, I’m constantly dealing with incoming messages, and switching between different apps used to be exhausting. I have been using Vista Social and I can say that it is a highly recommended tool for those of us who manage several accounts in social networks.

Pros

What I liked the most is that the platform is super intuitive and user friendly, it allows you to add all your accounts in a single interface, facilitates interaction with the community by being able to respond to comments and messages and provides data analysis on the performance of publications so you can see if the content strategy is working or not, so you can adjust it and make better decisions. What I loved is that I can add team members, and easily schedule content for all my social media profiles in one place, which saved me a lot of time.

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't like about the platform, Vista Social has been a great help in managing multiple social profiles and centralizing management from a single interface.

Great, I use this platform often and as a sole trader/partnership it saves me hours of time from both a scheduling and response point of you. It also allows us to track customer sentiment and trends in a more organised way.

Pros

The automations to speed up & enhance customer experience & the listening feature. I like the concept of being able to track and monitor trends in customer feedback and sentiment. Of course, saving time with auto responses and also having a centralised scheduling platform saves hours of time for a small business.

Cons

It takes a little time to get used to the interface however this gets easier with regular use. Once things are setup it's very seamless.

Overall a very positive experience. I enjoyed using all the features it had to offer, and it made it more enjoyable when I was able to add my team members and add tasks for them to do.

Pros

I love the easy accessibility of all the social mdi pages and how you can toggle between them easily. It's so easy to view messages and reply to comments and DM'S especially across FB, Linkedin, Instagram, Tiktok and Threads. Everything is centralized and easy to find. My favorite part is the fact that you can set up automated responses. The options are very flexible for the different platforms aswell. That will save you so much time to have that in there aswell all in one platform. I also love how easy it is to track mentions and keywords. The price compared to other platforms is extremely reasonable given the time and hassle it saves you to jump on different social media management platforms. I'm definitely satisfied with this platform 10/10

I love that I can manage all of my social media accounts in one place. I also love that Vista Social provides optimal times for me to schedule posts. I would say that 75% of my work can be accomplished via Vista Social.

Pros

If you love Sprout Social, then you'll like Vista Social. It has similar features to Sprout and is less expensive.

Cons

You have to trust that the link shortening and UTM features will work as promised when creating posts because the trackable and shortened links are not available in the post previews. Also, the report feature is limited. It doesn't include all the metrics I need to accurately measure the performance of my accounts.

My overall experience with Vista Social has been positive but with some areas for improvement. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, especially when managing multiple social media accounts. Connecting my accounts and scheduling content was straightforward, and the detailed guidance within the platform made the onboarding process smooth. I really liked the Tasks feature, which helped me stay organized and on top of my social media activities. It’s a unique tool that I hadn’t seen in other platforms, and it made managing different accounts much more efficient.

Pros

I connected the three accounts I manage, and at first I really liked the access and the ease it provides for managing accounts. It's very intuitive to use, and it explains everything in detail. Initially, I used it to schedule somo reels I had planned for this month. One feature I really liked was the TASKS tool, it's very useful for organizing the pending tasks for each account, allowing you to schedule them an maintain order; a feature I hadn't seen before as a community manager, I usually keep track of tasks seperately on my phone, so having integrated is a big plus. At first glance, Visit Social is a work tool that optimizes the process involved in social media management, the access to accounts, inbox, calender, and comments are all very easy to navigate.

Cons

There were two issues that I didn't love. First, uploading videos took singnificantly longer compared to uploading them directly form Meta. Once they were uploaded, the platform showed that they had been successfully scheduled, but later, when I logged back into Visit Social, I saw that the reels hadn't been posted because the accounts had been disconnected. I reconnected them but I'm not sure why that happened, and it did affect my workflow a bit. In summay, it's a useful tool for streamlining social media management tasks, but the upload speed and account connectivity issues could be improve.

So far, my experience has been very positive. Everything has worked smoothly, and the platform has definitely made managing social media accounts much easier and more efficient.

Pros

I’ve been using Vista Social recently and I’m really impressed with how friendly the platform is. The interface is intuitive and clean, making it easy to navigate. Setting up the account was quick, and connecting social media profiles was super easy. One of the features I liked the most is the ability to invite team members and assign them specific roles. It makes collaboration and account management much more efficient. I’ve tested the scheduling functionality with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn so far, and everything worked really good. The calendar view is also very agile, which helps a lot when planning content ahead.

Cons

So far, Vista Social has proven to be a reliable and effective tool for social media management.

The app is great for Social media management. The scheduling tool is easy to use, you can easily navigate through all the pages you handle. The inbox is also in one place. The listening tool and automation are the best that can save time.

Pros

I love the listening feature where I can easily find negative feedback on my page. I also love the automation.

Cons

None so far, every feature is amazing. I tested most of it's feature and I love everything about it. Not having problem at all.

helps me manage everything at once. i have a very busy schedule handling work, family and construction projects, and this platform is a time saver for sure !

Pros

Lets you manage all your social media accounts at once. time saver ! easy to implement ! great customer support ! easy integration of all my accounts.

Cons

the logo could use an update. doesnt how great of a platform it is. other then that i really dont have anything negative to say about it.
