### "Intuitive user interface with a comprehensive dashboard"

Out of all the platforms I’ve used, this had one of the most intuitive and accessible user interfaces right from the setup. I tried it for evaluation purposes, as we were looking for alternatives that could integrate with all of our social media accounts, and this turned out to be one of the most comprehensive options available.

Pros

As a full-stack marketer managing multiple accounts, I find Vista Social’s user interface makes it much easier to handle several platforms at once. Since I spend most of my time in analytics, I really appreciate the integration with Google Analytics 4. It’s also fairly priced considering the number of features it offers. What I probably appreciate the most is the Canva integration with the media library. One of my pain points has always been switching back and forth between tabs or websites, so being able to browse the Canva library directly within Vista Social is a big plus.

Cons

I haven’t encountered any bugs so far in my usage, but I can see that in the foreseeable future, the comprehensive dashboard might need some user interface improvements to prevent the platform from slowing down.

Pros

The ease in using the application. Incredibly smooth could not recommend it enough, I started using Vista Social on a free trial but soon knew I was going to be subscribing for a much longer time after being able to respond to 100s of messages with absolute ease and then also using their top of the class listening feature. The listening feature saved countless hours scrolling social media.

Cons

It is difficult to understand where everything is in this application, some tools are hidden and not clearly explained where they are.

Vista Social is an amazing app that helps you manage your social media, by centralizing every information in one easy, simple and quick tool. Using Vista Social means you can reply instantly in the inbox/message/comments and engagement features. All messages are there and appear instantly. You can filter your messages, that way you can see the « unread » ones or even spam. There's a great feature where all the messages written by one single user are in the same inbox, helping us see who is really engaged with our content. You can upload all your media files, create automatic DM answers, monitor conversations about your product online, and overall gain time and organization.

Cons

Honestly, the tool is so great it’s hard to identify dislikes. But I love the website and would love to see the app be as efficient and complete as the website!

Really good and helpful. I am able to schdule posts and add all the needed SEO optimisation details which from my phone would take ages doing them manually.

Pros

I love that it makes my life easier. I can easily schedule posts for the social channels I manage. I could easily connect all the needed channels, I could access DM, comments and everything it needs for a social media manager on a daily basis. The team is supportive and I had no issues.

Cons

I think they are doing a great job and more people should know about it. I would suggest them to improve the logo.

I would say 10/10, I was not expecting to find an app that would provide me with all the tools I've been searching for to grow our business and therefore our client's content, all in 1 single place.

Pros

In our agency, we have a lot of clients that come to us for community management, and as all SMM we know that reviewing the audience comments to come up with real responses but also to create a narrative that is accurate to that audience eventually needs: takes time to built and a lot of time to review. Yet here with the "the listeners" tool we could make that task much faster, also it was pretty awesome to see the data recollection in a way that even people who have never used the app before were able to understand it!!

Cons

Since there are so many tools I highly recommend taking your time to review all of them, maybe you can get lost at the beginning by seeing so many different things yet is totally worth it to explore all the tools before getting started because they will truly help you in this business!

Overall, it’s been a really smooth experience. It was quick to set up, the team picked it up fast, and it handles the day-to-day social media workload really well. Definitely a solid choice if you're managing multiple brands or accounts.

Honestly, it’s super easy to use. The interface is clean, scheduling posts is a breeze, and it supports all the platforms my agency uses at a lesser rate.

Cons

The AI features still feel pretty basic. The caption generator is helpful, but it’s not always context aware, and I wish there were image suggestions or editing..

Firstly, I use Vista Social on a weekly basis, for all of my scheduling, community management, and analytics reporting. It is one of the best platforms I have used within my professional career. One of the highlights of this platform is its ease of use. The platform is well-structured and its layout is easy to navigate, essentially allowing even beginners to navigate the platform with ease. Bonus: the platform helps you as you go along, explaining each tool and its function if you don't understand. It guides you as you set it up, and provides tutorials for where you need some extra help. Also, the implementation of Vista Social is near seamless, allowing for the platform to be integrated into your existing workflows. I was able to connect all of my social media profiles effortlessly, and they offer quite a range of social media channels to connect to. One thing that I really liked was the fact that it was able to integrate with Canva. This allowed me to create content seamlessly, and completely streamlined my workflow. Lastly, Vista Social has one of the top customer support functions I have experienced. All issues and queries are dealt with exceptionally fast through their live chat and email functions, and all of my queries have been dealt with on that very same day!

Pros

If there was one over-arching thing that I liked most about Vista Social, it would be that multiple functions within social media management have been compiled into one centralised platform, therefore seamlessly allowing me to access multiple social media profiles, schedule content across these profiles and edit/tailor the caption to be optimised for each platform, as well as run reports across all of the social media profiles from Vista Social itself.

Cons

Within my professional experience of using Vista Social, I have yet to encounter anything negative about the platform. Personally, It ticks all of the boxes.

Great experience, it really helped out with the DM automations feature, because I always have to redirect creators to my personal email, so this feature does that already, which is a big time saver.

Pros

Social listening feature is something unheard of for this price. I liked how I was able to keep track of everything my audience was saying on social media, which helped me make more educated decisions on my work.

Cons

I'd like to have seen a better color palette and dashboard with more icons and more aesthetic widgets, more customizable.

Excellent. Its an all in 1 kinda platform. Making life easier and more efficient!

Pros

All in 1 platform. My preferred platform. Ease of use from posting, scheduling, planning, and replying to DM's and comments. The platform even goes as far as having its built-in SEO feature that detects posts/people based on the keywords you input. Reviews can be accessed right on the platform. You can manage tasks, so the platform acts as a project management convenience. Overall Vista Social is seamless, well integrated, and easy to use. The employee advocacy function is also a bonus and is well used, making posting more quick and efficient, with no waste of time.

Cons

The amount of pictures/graphics per post is limited to 10.

It’s been an excellent experience managing a diverse array of clients with various social media accounts and across different time zones. The calendar proved to be incredibly useful for scheduling posts, addressing inquiries, and allowing us to publish directly through the platform.

The ease of the dashboard, you can move between activities without hassle. Reports are also a big part of our company needs, the report feature provides a clear and informative layout.

Pros

As a social media manager, I really appreciate this platform because it offers a wide range of tools that make my work much more efficient. The DM automation feature, in particular, has saved me a significant amount of time. There are also unique functions I haven’t seen on other platforms, like the “Listening” section, which helps me better understand where my audience is. Since I started using it, I’ve been able to manage three or more accounts simultaneously, saving even more time. Plus, their customer service is great, whenever I have a problem, I can easily find answers or get in touch with their team. It took me just a few days to fully understand how the platform works, and now I truly recommend it!

Cons

I don’t think there’s anything in particular that I disliked, but if I had to choose, it might be the color of the graphic.

The DM automation feature is very useful for businesses since it allows automated replies, keyword triggers and message workflows to manage engagement better. Overall, it’s convenient if you’re handling multiple accounts. Overall a good app for businesses and teams to use to run their social media platforms.

Pros

I’ve tested a lot of social media platforms as a social media manager and strategist, and Vista Social has been one of the best and easiest to use. Scheduling posts is seamless, reports are actually useful (not just fluff), and having everything in one place is my fav part and makes managing multiple accounts so much easier. The automations, being able to see and respond to DM’s and comments from my inbox’s is amazing! It’s clean, intuitive, and built for how we work now as social media professionals. Highly recommend Vista Social.

Pros

My favorite parts of Vista Social was how easy it was to schedule posts and respond to comments from my inbox. It also features automations which helps when you own an agency!

Cons

I loved everything! I can’t think of anything that I would want more of or something that I didn’t like.

super straightforward tool! I like how simple it is and UI friendly for all SMM's out there! I will definitely recommend this to my team and fellow freelancers. Love it.

Pros

What I love the most is the trending audio scheduling. This is fvcking rare!!!! Usually, you can only do it if you schedule on its platform (IG or FB) and it's troublesome to keep changing platforms. But on Vista, you can just do all in one! Manychat features, Meta business features, and more!

Cons

Nothing really but I hope users in the trial period can use the sentiment analysis, and industry benchmark in the first 2-week trial period.

Pros

I was looking for a tool which can automate my conversations. When I get a comment/dm on LinkedIn or Instagram, sometimes I cannot get back to them instantly, but I do want them to feel acknowledged. Vista Social does it for me, keeps them engaged and even sends automated replies to them. It helped increase my followers and sent weekly updates. Also, the sentiment analysis tool helps me understand if people are taking my content positively or negatively, which helps me pivot my branding strategy accordingly. I can even create listening audiences so I can segregate my content and create personalised posts which they find helpful. Highly recommended!

Cons

Nothing, UI/UX of Vista Social has improved a lot, so I would expect even better performance in future.

It's really user-friendly and it allows you to easily go from one account to another or have the whole monthly perspective of your work. The reporting feature is very very good, and I love that you can see in the calendar the summary of the performance of the posts.

Pros

I loved the full view of all the accounts, instead of working in silos like other tools. Also the way in integreates with other apps, such as Canva. The AI tool is pretty cool, helping you keep all your content "on brand". Of all the scheduling tools I've tried (and I've tried almost all of them), I think is the one with the best value for money.

Cons

I guess it's not a Vista Social problem, but I would really like if you could schedule stories. I know that Instagram doesnt want us to do so.

If you are a Social Media Manager or just a business that wants to optimize and help you manage your social media accounts, Vista Social is worth trying. Pricing was way more inexpensive than other competitors to be honest.

Pros

I'm all for user-friendly platforms, and Vista Social excels at that. Keeping up with my social media accounts doesn't feel like a bother because it's so simple. I'm not wasting time trying to figure things out because everything is just where I need it. The way it displays the time zones of the profiles I'm managing is one feature I adore. It's quite helpful for scheduling articles and responding at the appropriate times because I work with clients in different regions. I can prepare things in advance and save a lot of time by scheduling posts, which is extremely easy. Additionally, the inbox feature is fantastic, it allows me to view and reply to messages from all of my accounts in one location, eliminating the need for me to switch between apps. All things considered, Vista Social is an excellent resource for anyone looking to handle social media without stress. It's straightforward, saves time, and generally makes life easier. Without a doubt, I would suggest it.

Cons

Probably the number of characters limit for Facebook posts. I don't know if this is on the platform's limitations or facebook itself. Other than that, I do not have any thing in mind.

As a social media manager, sometimes its hard to keep everything organize specially when handling lots of different brands and managing different countries and timezones. Vista social benefits me in this costumizing a profile groups to maintain an organized social media channels in every brands. Easy to keep every client's social media presence engaging and consistent. I don't need to worry converting from time to time when scheduling a post and I can just easily see all the features that I want to see in this tool. Which is a very big help for my social media goals in every brand this year 2025!

Pros

What I like about Vista Social is creating a bunch of profiles where you can group them according to your client's brand, you can also name them according to your will and just easily delete or edit if you need to make some changes to keep everything organized in every brands. Also, I like the fact that you can select countries and timezone easily depending on the brand's target audience per profiles, as a social media manager from the philippines with handling lots of clients from different countries this is so important to me cause I handle different timezones in every brand and I can just directly schedule contents depending on my client's country calendar and timzeone. I also like the part where it has sepereted overview for reviews which is a very big help to monitor this, you can easily check all the reviews and respond easily. I also like the fact that I can run reports and schedule a reports depending on what I want, wether its a social media performance, reviews or task report I love it not all tools offer this amazing kind of features. You can also easily filter all the informations you need to know, wether you need to priority a message, comments or reviews, you can anytime edit the filters you want to see first. Clean calendar, you can also see a vsiual grid of your instagram feed, tiktok feed and other social media platforms. Easy to schedule and create a post maintaining a great visual feed on your social media platforms, with an ai assistant to help you generate ideas in creating your captions. Easy to keep all your social media presence engaging and organize.

Cons

sometimes it just takes sometime to sync all the data information but it all went through btw.
