Vista Social is a great platform for managing social media, with real-time inbox features and smart DM automation. Its desktop version works especially well for efficient management.

Pros

Vista Social can schedule content and see messages, comments, and mentions in real time in your inbox for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Being able to automate responses to all messages using the DM Automations feature

Cons

Vista Social has a good desktop version, while the mobile version has some limitations. Overall, it has a great desktop version for using.

Overall, I'd say that I have had a great experience with Vista Social. The scheduling tool is a great enhancement to our social media planning and strategy.

Pros

I like the wide range of integrations available and the tools available to manage the various accounts. I am also impressed by how the scheduling is organized and can be planned in advance, with tailoring to the desired platform as well.

Cons

I'd say that the only real drawback is that with such an abundance of features and tools, the platform has somewhat of a learning curve to master the features.

Overall my experience with Vista Social was really solid. It made managing multiple social accounts a lot easier, and the scheduling and analytics tools worked well. There’s a bit of room for improvement, but it definitely helped streamline my workflow!

Pros

I really liked how easy it was to schedule posts across different platforms. The interface is super user-friendly, and the analytics gave me helpful insights without being too much. It’s a really solid tool.

Cons

A few parts of the interface could be a little smoother or more intuitive. Nothing major, but there’s room to polish!

It's got a sleek design, it's easy to navigate and overall I find it to be more professional visually than others. The time it saves when you're managing a business and social media channels all at once can't be understated!

Pros

It's a great tool to replace some of the others that are not as user friendly. Some other programs claim to have a real ease of access but fall short in the ability to schedule the content and analyze it in a efficient way.

Cons

I can't see what I'm missing without buying the premium features. I'd like to be able to see or create a demo for the feature to see if is a tool I'd be willing to buy the premium features for.

### "Easy to Navigate Paired With Amazing Tools!!!"

The biggest thing for me when it comes to using scheduling apps or any form of project management tools is being able to understand it from the get-go & that’s exactly what Vista Social gave me. I managed to schedule all posts for one of my clients and it was easy, one of my favourite features is the AI integration in the app, you can literally ask it to generate a post idea for you based on a simple prompt. I used it to create an ad for a hotel’s rooms it came up with the idea and even generated an image. It works fast, doesn’t glitch, and delivers exactly what I need. Another standout feature would definitely be the centralized reviews it makes life so easy, as well as how I was able to easily upload my client accounts (this is such a struggle with other platforms!) . I also saw a really cool feature, Advocacy, which lets employees share brand content within a few clicks and stay compliant with the pre-approved copy. That definitely makes life way more easier especially for new hires, and I’m excited to test that out more.

Pros

It's really easy to use! I was able to figure out the whole platform within literally 2 mins. Everything is centralised, which is the most important thing for me. Scheduling posts was easy, and it’s actually way better than Meta scheduling.

Cons

Well, it's not really a con per se -I think it’s priced fairly. But being based in South Africa, when converting it, it becomes quite pricey for me.

So far, I’ve had a smooth and positive experience. I was able to connect all my accounts and start organizing content quickly. I'm currently exploring more features like analytics and collaboration, and I can definitely see myself using Vista Social for long-term client work. Pros

What I liked most about Vista Social is how beginner-friendly and organized it is. Connecting multiple accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, was quick and seamless. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, and I appreciated being able to test features like scheduling and notifications without needing to complete a full setup right away. It’s an excellent choice for freelancers or small teams who want to streamline their posting and keep everything in one place.

Cons

There is nothing I liked least about Vista Social, as all my needs as a social media manager were met.

Mostly smooth and pleasant (a few UX areas could be improved), but once you get past it, there's many handy SMM tools and integrations at your fingertips

Pros

Lots of powerful tools (and channel integrations) in easy reach, to make managing your multiple social media profiles, in one place, pretty easy

Cons

The UX could be better e.g. popups get in the way, lack of targeting feature even with pro account. UX copy could be made more concise, straightforward, & clear

My overall experience about Vista Social is it offers great multi-platform management tools, help lots of businesses owners, easy to access but comes with a frustratingly expensive upgrade path that limits full feature access for budget-conscious users.

Pros

Vista Social's standout feature I like the most is its exceptional convenience in managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously.

Cons

Vista Social's pricing structure and upgrade model present notable challenges for users. This includes, cost barriers, expensive tier-based pricing models and significant price jumps between different subscription levels. The least I like about vista social is it's cost.

It was a 9.5/10, esecailly as i am not used to social media management tool. I normally just rely on myself which can be quite strenous. With this, i feel that it could make my life much more easier especially when it comes to managing more than just one brand with all the different social media platforms that they come with. I would highly recommend it to all the social media platform users i know as well as invest in it myself, once I land more social media management positions. It can be extremely time-saving and efficient to use.

Pros

I love how efficient it is to use, and how easy it is to navigate through all the social media platfrorms that one may be managing. It is also great for beginners who have just started out their SMM journeys, as there is an intro video that helps one understand how to use the actual platform and set up the different platforms. I also like all the tools it has under DM automations.

Cons

I did not like the fact that it was hard/difficult to remove a profile group once it was added and that even when you have to remove a social profile, you have to go all the way to settings and its not convenient, in the sense that it is in the bar/column where the profiles appear.

Pros

User-friendly interface where you can manage all your connected social media accounts in one place, from replying to dm's to scheduling posts and Reels. You can also manage reviews, create and assign tasks, and review insights.

Cons

Nothing to add here, really. I haven't experienced any negatives while using this tool

Vista Social has it all. The ease of posting, instead of logging in on all you platforms to post the same post, just log into Vista Social. It definitely males keeping a track of your social media less onerous, and the time saved will prove to be a winner. I would definitely recommend the platform to any busy company, very easy to navigate, offers much more than similar products.

Ease of access, helps with being more proactive and less time wasting. Offers more options in managing your Social Media

Cons

Nothing that I could find that construes negative. I doubt there is anything that has the potential to cause issues in the future. No Cons at all.

Without any previous training or manuals, I could setup a total of 7 social media accounts in less than 5 minutes; then I immediately prepared and posted a single image publication for 6 of those accounts (YouTube requested video formats only) and just hit the PUBLISH button, that worked just fine! This works excellent for analytics as well for employee advocacy.

Pros

Most easy to use social media magager tool, as a Community Manager I'm always looking for the most complete platform and this is definitely a winner!

Cons

So far, excellent results and no complaints or trouble using Vista Social.

My experience on Vista Social was fantastic. My colleagues and I are quite happy with this platform. We'll keep using it.

Pros

Its user interface is fantastic. It's simple to use and comprehend. My team becomes more productive as a result, allowing them to concentrate more on the caliber of the content rather than the tedious posting or scheduling chores. Aside from the absence of technical issues my team encounters throughout publication, they have two other aspects that I believe give them a competitive edge. The listening to viewers feature comes first. The task management feature comes in second.

Cons

Although the platform is good overall, it might be made even better by including task management-related functions to make life easier. A chat system, for instance, can facilitate communication among team members. Additionally, I can provide my team members with comments by using an add note mechanism, which notifies them of my approval and areas for improvement in the post. Additionally, some creative templates, like Google Looker Studio, can be integrated to make reporting to customers easier.

El uso de IA dentro de la misma plataforma, me parece fabuloso pues permite estar al día con la tecnología.

Lo amigable de su Menú y las diferentes opciones que me permite realizar, todo dentro de una misma plataforma.

La verdad se ha adaptado a mis necesidades de gestión. Por supuesto todo es mejorable pero habrá que esperar nuevos requerimientos y su actualización. Por ahora cumple mis expectativas.

I found Vista Social very easy to use. The guided tutorials for each feature were explained in simple vocabulary and this made it very easy to navigate. It also had a very intresting UI.

Pros

Vista social is easy to use and has everything you need in one place. As someone who uses data a lot to make my content convert. I found this very helpful.

Cons

I would say not being able to assign more than one team member to the platform was a bit sad but I could understand since I was on a free membership plan.

I really love the competitors analysis and the reportings. I save so much time now and can just send the pdf files of the reportings directly to my clients

It is a bit confusing to have everything (DMs and comments on posts) in one folder, it should be marked better which message is a dm and what is a comment so that I can respond regarding to it

I strongly recommend Vista Social as a management platform for all Apps! Everything is connected now, and it´s very easy to create a profile, post and share with teams. Now, with Vista Social, I can post simultaneously, and schedule future postings, havingt all media in one place. Saving time is so important these days, so it´s a relief to have a tool that provides solutions to my analytics, reports, and more.

Saving posting time, getting analytics, easy to use and to share with working teams. Is fast, and efficient!

Cons

I like the platform , didn´t find any issues for the moment. Maybe that I need to read to understand some features more than once.

Pros

As a social media manager the Vista Social app has made my life so much easier as it allows you to manage multiple social media accounts and social platforms in one place, saving you time from jumping from one app to the other. My team and I enjoy the benefits of the Advocacy Program that allows our employees to share brand content to their personal social media accounts. My personal favourite is the TikTok and Instagram Planner feature as it gives you a real sense of what your posted content will look like as an end result. I can not emphasise enough the convenience of having all your communications from your desired social accounts in one place, this ensures that you never miss any important communication, and being able to filter through the conversations accordingly makes it even much easier to organise your messages. If your goals as a social media manager is being efficient and organised, I highly recommend Vista Social.

I didn't like the fact the my uploaded media would take some time to appear in my media library.

Vista Social saves me the headache of managing multiple social accounts by enabling me to schedule posts in one place. I can create all of this at once, maintain consistency, and will save myself hours each week by not having to go all the way back and forth out of different sites. It makes social media management much easier, reduces stress and keeps everything neatly organized.

Pros

What I love about Vista Social is how easy they make scheduling posts across multiple platforms. Rather than flitting between a variety of apps, I can schedule everything in one place and have it go live whenever I like. And it saves me a ton of work and helps me maintain consistent content without the high stress of posting manually.

Cons

If there’s one thing I don’t love about Vista Social, it’s that tutorials don’t have a skip button. If you’re somewhat familiar with the platform, or simply want to jump all the way in, they can be a bit annoying to sit through.
