It is a new site for me which has shown me a more streamlined way of monitoring all the page si manage with my team. I had not used a site like this before but the amount of elements it provides from the reports, to messages is immensely welcomed because I can see how long term it will make my life so much easier as an SMM. This site is very impressive and offers many things that similar sites do not.

Pros

There is a huge range of options when using the site such as scheduling and analytics. This means thatit is super easy to keep track of all the individual accounts and social netowrks you manage in one place. The greatset benefit is that it means you don't need to hire staff to monitor each account individually. You can do them all from the site. It is also helpful to have tutorials and direct customer support which ensure I am not stuck when using the site. Buf iverall, Vista Social just makes the 'management' part of social media management a breeze and removes much of the stress.

Cons

It is quite confusing to look at and can be overwhelming o cevyou log in the first time as there are so many options in the dashboard. However, once you do the tutorial it is smooth and very direct and easy to use.

super straightforward tool! I like how simple it is and UI friendly for all SMM's out there! I will definitely recommend this to my team and fellow freelancers. Love it.

Pros

What I love the most is the trending audio scheduling. This is fvcking rare!!!! Usually, you can only do it if you schedule on its platform (IG or FB) and it's troublesome to keep changing platforms. But on Vista, you can just do all in one! Manychat features, Meta business features, and more!

Cons

Nothing really but I hope users in the trial period can use the sentiment analysis, and industry benchmark in the first 2-week trial period.

Vista Social offers great features like tone adjustment, format customization, brand voice application, and bulk scheduling. The targeting options for posts, similar to ad settings, are a plus. However, the platform isn't very user-friendly.

Pros

Love the AI assistant! You can adjust the tone, use different formats, apply the brand voice, and even bulk schedule, so convenient! And also, for posting, there’s a feature where you can set the target country and gender, just like when applying ads, making it a powerful tool!

Cons

Not very user-friendly, I suggest improving navigation and ease of use.

The UX is clear which makes it easy to navigate. The social media channel connections went smooth, and it's great that we can see how the post will look on the platform before sharing, this really helps me to envision how the post will look. Also the price is fair, and cheaper than other tools I used before.

Pros

Clear UX. Easy integration with social media channels. Clear and useful content calendar review. There are integrations with TikTok and Threads as well, the access sharing was very easy.

Cons

Nothing, I wish I had discovered it before! As an opportunity then can conect with even more tools that no one offers, such as Email Marketing platforms.

I feel it comes as a bit pricey at first glance, but then, as you dive into it and see all the features, the insights, the management it allows you to have, all in one place... price is not important anymore. You are just excited to have it. The post scheduling works just awesome, no glitches. If you are a small business trying to manage social media, this is the tool you did not know you needed.

Pros

I loved how amicable it is. It is really easy to use, I think they have put a lot of UX into it, and that's appreciated.

Cons

It took a bit too long to connect my Facebook profile (compared to everything else that was ready with a clic)

The setup took seconds, which was a pleasant surprise. Tools like Hootsuite and Sprout always felt cluttered or overly complex, but Vista is clean, intuitive, and just makes sense. Plus, the Canva integration is a huge win—essential for anyone doing content design on the go. It’s one of the few tools I’ve found that actually supports the real, day-to-day needs of a social media manager.

Pros

I work with multiple clients, and having everything organized in one place saves so much time and stress. What really sets it apart for me is how user-friendly it is, without sacrificing functionality.

Cons

I haven't find anything I don't like yet. Maybe just a function to add IG Stories to the post scheduling :) But not super necessary.

Its really good, All in one go. I can manage all my accounts in one platform. I can schedule ahead of time and at the same time it helps me review my work before posting to avoid errors.

Pros

What i like about Vista Social is the DM automations, It really helps me to organize and create well-planned content. Its really convenient to use because of the DM automations where even if im away, i can still asses my clients with their inquiries and concerns.

Cons

None so far, i will difenitely switch to this, Compare to the other platform i've use in the past, Vista Social is one of the most easy and user-friendly!

Pros

Using Vista Social has helped me to save hours of my working time every week. I manage multiple social media accounts for clients and the bulk upload tools, easy reporting and helpful calendar-view have been of great help.

Cons

The initial set-up of various accounts in the system took a while, but in the big picture this was a minor issue.

A good and pleasant experience. I enjoyed exploring each of its features. I scheduled content, reviewed my calendar, and absolutely loved how simple and clear it is to view and download analytics. I was able to organize multiple profiles at once and get a complete view of how my content was performing. When I encountered an issue, I was immediately provided with clear, simple, and effective solutions which completely improved the experience.

Pros

What I liked most about Vista Social is how intuitive it is just a couple of hours of use was enough to fully understand all its features. It’s easy to implement with large teams and works just as well for big companies as it does for personal brands looking to grow their social media presence.

Cons

The automation and post scheduling could probably be improved a bit to be more immediate or offer additional features; however, it’s still very useful and comprehensive.

I am impressed on this platform despite that it is new in the market, I can say that it can compete with other platforms because of its unique features such as the built-in tools for generating content ideas and captions.

Pros

While exploring the Vista Social platform, I discovered several strong features about this platform and the potential it may have against other social media management platform. Here are some of the lists that I really like about Vista Social: 1. There is 'create first like' for each posts that being published. Although I haven't tried it yet because of the plan that I am currently using. 2. Geo-targeting, is also one of my top list on what I like about this platform. It simplifies the creator's work by enabling location targeting within the platform. 3. It can export the publishing calendar to pdf and easier to share with your team and clients. 4. This one, is not so necessary but it's a plus -- the national holidays showing in the calendar. 5. There's an option where you can reply directly from the platform to a message or leaving an internal note for your team members. 6. This platform also allows manage and respond to review from google. 7. Lastly and my personal favorite, it has a built-in tools for generating content ideas and captions. It helps creator's reduces workload and make life easier.

Cons

Well, there are just few cons I found about Vista Social and these are no free plan and the font text are a bit small compared to other platforms.

It was a great experience that unlocked a new tool for me and my work that I did not know existed before.

Pros

I love that you can have a lot of features you need when working on your business, in just one place! I tested the dashboard and explored everything available, and was surprised at how easy it was to understand exactly what you need to do to get the results you want. I also believe they have a great customer support since you can even schedule a walkthrough for a personalized demo, which is great for people who are just getting familiarized with platforms like this.

Cons

If you have never used a platform or dashboard like this before, it might take some time to familiarize with the user flow needed. This mean it could have a bit of a learning curve when you first start to use it.

I liked everything about Vista Social: the UI/UX experience was very nice; the statistics update very quickly. I loved that it connects with Canva. The menu is very intuitive. I loved the ideas/notes section—it's very useful for jotting down any idea that comes to mind so you can develop it later. The Tasks section seems very helpful for larger teams or to organise work more efficiently throughout the day.

Cons

I like everything about Vista Social. I don't have any cons to stand out. It is very intuitive and useful.

I'm happy using Vista Social for my social media management. I can easily schedule, access analytics to see what we have to improve in. You can also invite your team members so that you can look over your social media campaigns together.

Pros

In business, presence is almost everything. With Vista Social I can access all my accounts at once and perform all my duties from there without having to switch applications or accounts all the time.

Cons

At the top of my head I can't think about anything negative. Software's can always become better and I can't wait to see what they add next.

I was looking for a social media marketing tool that can help me in posting contents in social media for my personal business as well as the small businesses of my clients as a digital marketing freelancer. I stumbled upon Vista Social after seeing good reviews online - and it did not disappoint! Vista Social is easy to use even for beginners. Setting up is a breeze as I was guided on the next steps in setting it up until I finish the tasks. I was able to connect my brand and my clients' brands quickly to our different social media accounts or profiles - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, Tiktok, YouTube, and more. Since each social media platform has a different process in posting content, the interface informs me about missing pieces so I can successfully post across different social media platforms (e.g. exceeding number of characters, which board or subreddit should the post belong, etc). I also appreciate the email notifications from Vista Social when a post run into problems or if it is unsuccessfully sent. I can also schedule it at a later date and line up in a queue. I also get notified when there's a review on our business across the social media platforms which helps me respond quickly, either to thank the person who reviewed or communicate a solution if it's not a good review. And it's not just social media, I can also integrate Vista Social with my cloud storage, communication, analytics tracking and other apps helpful to my business. There are more features that I haven't explored yet. Pricing is quite competitive and it also has a 14-day free trial so one can test it out first before committing to a subscription plan. It's one tool that can help businesses and one that I can recommend.

Pros

Ease of use and integration with a lot of social media platforms and other apps.

Cons

There was just a time when I tried to integrate a newly opened social media account and connecting it with Vista Social just kept on loading. I wish there was an instant prompt if the connection won't be successful and an action step on what should be done. Anyway it's easy to figure it out and one can get the hang of it easily and it only happened to a newly created account.

Plus, the reporting tools make it straightforward to see what’s working and adjust my strategy in real time.

Cons

The competitor analysis falls short of the rest of the platform. It’s pretty bare-bones at the moment and could definitely use deeper insights to help shape a more effective competitive strategy.

It became an essential part of my company, Dadek Digital, and I can definitely recommend it to everyone!

Pros

Since the start, I have the feeling I am using a complete tool. As a SMB director, it's extremely hard to find good and affordable tools. With the integration of Canva and Google drive, it makes it easy for me to access my assets without switching profiles. Most importantly I am a big fan of the DM automations, where I easily can schedule across multiple platforms with some previews. All in all, a perfect tool for my agency.

Cons

When I first opened Vista Social, I was overwhelmed. But, with time and since I started using the tool, I haven't run into any issues.

The features and the interface. I believe that having one place where I can see and manage all my DMs - with automatic messaging, comments, and posting/publishing is really awesome.

Nothing I can think of. I'm pretty sure every tool can improve, but they delivered everything needed in my case.

It allows us to run our social media accounts smoothly, to monitor our brand thanks to its social listening tool, and to keep a good response rate thanks to the DM Automations feature.

Pros

I like the UI is very clean and easy to use. Also, I love the features, especially the feature for social listening, which is super powerful and quite affordable for a small business. On the other hand, being able to automate responding to all messages using DM Automations feature is hassle-free and allows us to keep a good response rate.

Cons

The tutorial is a bit extensive and self-explanatory, but I found it like that since I already had experience with other softwares that did not have a great UI as Vista Social, so I guess for newbies the tutorial will work great.

Pros

Vista Social's standout feature I like the most is its exceptional convenience in managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously.

Cons

Vista Social's pricing structure and upgrade model present notable challenges for users. This includes, cost barriers, expensive tier-based pricing models and significant price jumps between different subscription levels. The least I like about vista social is it's cost.
