Schnelle Bearbeitung. Einfache Buchhaltung. Genaue Übersichten. Erleichtert meine Arbeit unglaublich und automatisiert meine Abläufe.

Cons

Die Mitglieder melden sich oft öfters an, weil sie das mit dem Portal nicht verstehen. Außerdem ist mein Wunsch mit dem Buchungstext bei den Ausbuchungen der Rechnungen noch offen.

Alles perfekt. Zusätzlich hervorzuheben ist der Support. Schnell, lösungsorientiert und prüft nochmal nach, ob die Hilfestellung erfolgreich war. Hab ich noch nirgends erlebt.

Pros

Wer individuell möchte, bekommt individuell. Wir benötigen viele spezielle Informationen unserer Mitglieder, die wir ganz einfach mit Feldern erstellen können. Effektives, individuelles Programm, Preis-Leistung top. Empfehlenswert. Kein Schnick Schnack, sondern eine tolle und effektive Datenbank, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Perfekt.

Cons

Uns ist noch kein Nachteil aufgefallen. Perfekt

Pros

Webling verwende ich bei der Abwicklung Vereinsadministrationen. Die Mitgliederverwaltung und Buchhaltung sind top.

Seit ich Webling nutze habe ich über alles einen Überblick und habe deshalb viel weniger Aufwand als mit Excel usw.

Pros

Webling ist genau das was ich als Mitgliederverantwortlicher brauche. Auch die Rechnungen usw. kann ich so verwalten und habe immer eine Übersicht.

Cons

Rechnungsvorlagen und Mails sollten nach Alphabet geordnet werden können. Momentan ist das nicht möglich.

intuitiv, einfach in der Bedienung - wichtig für Benutzer, die nicht täglich damit arbeiten, wie z.B. Trainer, Vorstand o.ä. - sehr kundenfreundlich, professionell bei Anfragen (bisher) immer Lösungen für Probleme anbieten können

Pros

Nutzerfreundlich, übersichtlich, sehr gut im Sinne eines Vereins-Geschäftsführers getestet. Sehr professioneller Support - heute fragen - morgen die Antwort erhalten!!! Transparente Darlegung der Kundenwünsche mit Priorisierung, Stand der Umsetzung und einem ordentlichen Newsletter. Hilfsangebote in Text oder Video sehr verständlich aufgebaut.

Cons

\- die Behandlung von Mehrwertsteuer (Einnahmen, Ausgaben) bei Geschäftsbereichen. - mehr Effektivität durch ein Online Bankingmodul.

Very good experience, very satisfied, I am using it for two separate clubs to manage all the members and the financial aspects.

Pros

Formula for registering new members, the financial management of all (bank) accounts, virtual accounts, invoices, budget planning, statistics, etc. Integration with Wordpress is also good with automatic e-mailing of a new registration of a member.

Cons

Missing support to use custom variables (of a member) in the e-mail subject (content works flawless, even with conditionals!) and invoice attachement filename. No e-mail notificaiton upon a new registration / member request, has to be done with wordpress.

Es ist schnell eingerichtet und hat eine nutzerfreundliche Bedienoberfläche

Der Import von Bankbuchungen ist umständlich, hier werden nützliche Automatisierungsmöglivhkeiten nicht genutzt.Die Bearbeitung von Mitgliedsbeiträgen und Spenden, um das Ausstellen der entsprechenden Bescheinigungen zu ermöglichen empfinde ich als grauenhaft.

Webling is really simple. It is easy to use and needs almost no explanation. Yet Webling has so many features that it is perfect for small and medium sized clubs.

Cons

Our club president doesn't like the font. But that is all.
