Pros Mir gefällt, dass es eine Komplettsoftware ist, die Buchhaltung und Mitgliederverwaltung in einem Tool möglich macht. Alles was ich als Kassier brauche finde ich in Webling. Cons Wie in jedem Programm, gibt es auch bei Webling noch Luft nach oben. So sollte es möglich sein, bei den Kreditorenrechnungen das Rechnungsdatum und das Zahldatum eingeben zu können. Ebenfalls toll wäre, wenn der Mailverkehr mit den Members direkt über Wbling abgewickelt werden könnte. Die Kombination von Mitgliederverwaltung, Buchhaltung, Kalender und Dokumenten sowie die Integrationsmöglichkeit in andere Systeme und Webseiten für Kontaktaufnahmen und Mitgliedergewinnung macht den Schritt in die vollständige digitale Verwaltung des Vereins sehr einfach. Pros Klare und übersichtliche Struktur. Die Software deckt alle für einen Verein relevanten Funktionen ab. Besonders stark ist die Vernetzung der einzelnen Module untereinander, z.B. die Buchhaltung mit dem Mailversand. Sehr stark ist die Buchhaltung, die sich an den Erfordernissen der einschlägigen Gesetzlichkeiten orientiert. Die Strukturierung der Buchungen in Konten und Sphären machen die Erstellung einer einfachen Einnahmen-Überschuss-Rechnung für die Steuererklärungen sehr einfach. Zudem muss man sich als kleiner Verein nicht mit dem komplexen Kontenrahmen SKR 42 auseinandersetzen. Cons Es fehlt die Integration von externen Kontakten und Partnern neben der Mitgliederverwaltung. Cons Missing support to use custom variables (of a member) in the e-mail subject (content works flawless, even with conditionals!) and invoice attachement filename. No e-mail notificaiton upon a new registration / member request, has to be done with wordpress.
