Pros Jobin.cloud is a revolutionary tool that is transforming the talent acquisition industry. It is a game changer that can help companies say goodbye to inefficient, old school ATS systems and even some of the new ones. This tool is a huge time saver that can streamline and automate all TA processes within one system, while reducing time-to-fill and enhancing the quality of talent in future TA pipelines. I highly recommend moving to this tool to ensure your team stays ahead of the competition and is first in line to hire the best and brightest for your organization. Cons The Jobin.cloud team is responsive to user feedback and has added new functionality to meet their needs. It’s exciting to see how the tool will continue to evolve in the future. Switched from [Workday HCM](https://www.capterra.com/p/66908/Workday-HCM/) The Workday Talent Acquisition Suite is anything but "AGILE". It has limited capabilities for candidate review and is very manual. You can click through each individual to review and disposition or download a pdf file of all the applications, review on one screen and disposition on a second screen to speed up the process, however, it still takes several hours to go through 50 candidates. Sourcing in the system does not exist. Candidates do go into a "Black Hole" after the requisition closes. A CRM system is recommended as a secondary tool for marketing, sourcing, screening, and notes storage to track potential candidates for future openings. Additionally, Workday provides a poor candidate experience when applying to a job, which led to loss of applicants and a higher rate of unfinished applications. Review Source Mark H. The team has smashed it out of the park with this tool! Pros The fact is they back up their frankly ludicrous claims, by exceeding above and beyond what they claim to be able to do. There is not quite anything like it on the market today. I have filled my sales pipeline, and no other tool I have tried has produced results like this. Also, the support is fantastic, \[sensitive content hidden\] is always attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the product and the needs of the user, helping us at Prodigium maximize the power of the platform, and 5-star support, can't speak highly enough of it, and other companies could learn a thing or two from them! Cons The design could be prettier, but from a technical and functional point of view it is flawless, and I would much rather have a product that is as powerful as this is, than one that looks pretty like the competitors I have used, but they have nowhere near the power Jobin has. I have used Bullhorn products previously which have all the bells and whistles, but Jobin does everything we need it to do as we are growing our company. The best part for us is using it to source on Linkedin without the normal limitations. That has been game changer. Cons I think there are still functions missing that can be added over time. One thing I would love to be able to do is send emails to our clients through Jobin with our candidate presentations so it can all be tracked in one place. The product will do exactly what I need done and it is easy to use. The support is unmatched, I looked at many other LI messaging platforms and none have a live person to talk to - which is critical to me. Pros #1 is the support I am recving from \[sensitive content hidden\]. He answers my many questions instantly via email and will always jump on a zoom call to really show me how to use the product. That is critical to me, I am a brand new to this type of platform and he spends as much time as I need to learn this and implement properly. Cons So far no Cons, just losts of eatures and things to learn so a littl overwhelming. But once shown to me it is fairly easy.
