It can automate many of the manual tasks that recruiters typically have to perform and provide a smoother sourcing, selection and hiring process for all parties involved. Pros Jobin.cloud is a revolutionary tool that is transforming the talent acquisition industry. It is a game changer that can help companies say goodbye to inefficient, old school ATS systems and even some of the new ones. This tool is a huge time saver that can streamline and automate all TA processes within one system, while reducing time-to-fill and enhancing the quality of talent in future TA pipelines. I highly recommend moving to this tool to ensure your team stays ahead of the competition and is first in line to hire the best and brightest for your organization. Cons The Jobin.cloud team is responsive to user feedback and has added new functionality to meet their needs. It’s exciting to see how the tool will continue to evolve in the future. It has limited capabilities for candidate review and is very manual. You can click through each individual to review and disposition or download a pdf file of all the applications, review on one screen and disposition on a second screen to speed up the process, however, it still takes several hours to go through 50 candidates. Sourcing in the system does not exist. Candidates do go into a "Black Hole" after the requisition closes. A CRM system is recommended as a secondary tool for marketing, sourcing, screening, and notes storage to track potential candidates for future openings. Additionally, Workday provides a poor candidate experience when applying to a job, which led to loss of applicants and a higher rate of unfinished applications. Review Source SB Stephan B. No issues at all. Pros I love the creation of the job description and the matching prioritization and really love the outreach and e-mail automations. Cons Have to use the workflow which I don't as a pipeline for the candidates. Love to have more integrations to my other tools like Bullhorn Alternatives considered [Fetcher](https://www.capterra.com/p/180512/Fetcher/) Reason for choosing Jobin.cloud At Fetcher i had consistantly issues with the GDPR, the outreach is directly on the e-mail of the candidate which is not allowed in the EU. The provided a kind of workaround which was not a workaround, more like a scam. All in one place; under the contacts info within Jobin. Cons This is big! There is no submittal function to track what you are doing with a search. I like to have this all in one place under the client; you can see the emails sent but this is time-consuming to research. So many times in Crelate, I would go to a candidate's profile and look at what we sent to the client. Over the last 10 years, there is only one who not only met my expectations from the start and that is Jobin.cloud. What is even more impressive is that they are constantly exceeding my expectations. The team has smashed it out of the park with this tool! Pros The fact is they back up their frankly ludicrous claims, by exceeding above and beyond what they claim to be able to do. There is not quite anything like it on the market today. I have filled my sales pipeline, and no other tool I have tried has produced results like this. Also, the support is fantastic, \[sensitive content hidden\] is always attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the product and the needs of the user, helping us at Prodigium maximize the power of the platform, and 5-star support, can't speak highly enough of it, and other companies could learn a thing or two from them! I am still thinking of trying to incorporate it into my day-to-day just for the LinkedIn connection system and the data enrichment. If you are shopping for a new ATS you have to check this out. It is not perfect but it has some amazing features that I wished my ATS has. Its just that no body knows them as they haven't made aggressive marketing but get in now when no body knows about it and use to your edge. Pros I have tested atleast 20 linkedin and email automation tool. Jobin is far the best, so intuitive and had amazing features. Others boost about it but at execution they are not even 10%. Jobin is as smooth and user friendly at it can be. But most importantly I literally haven't seen a better customer service.
