Experience has been great.

Pros

Kambeo offers all the features we need to run fundraising campaigns.

Cons

We never had a problem that I recall, but also never have had to ask for support.

Donors complained that other charities do not charge transaction fee, but Kambeo does.

Pros

It was easy to publish forms in the beginning but then this feature would give a lot of errors

Cons

Many features were missing and there were alot of software errors that were not resolved. Reports were not very customizable
