" July 25, 2024 5.0 I have thouroughly enjoyed the process of being onboard with Octopaye and would have no hesitation in highly recommending them to any payroll team. Pros Octopaye is so easy to set up and so easy to use. Its fast, responsive and has helped streamline our entire payroll process. The support given by the team at Octopaye is second to none and its an absolute pleasure working with them. Cons The only element we need in of Octopaye that hasn't been fully developed yet is the ability to produce KID documents but that will be available in the future. Pros The payroll process in Octopaye is seamless and very user friendly, but should a rare issue occur you can always rely on their customer service team, they are second to none. This means we can spend more time on sales and growing the business. The Zendesk is a massive plus because we can ask questions all day and we know someone will take great care of us. Pros We thought that integration would be an issue moving from a manual software package but the team at Octopaye sorted all of this out for us and were always there for any issues early on with the live zendesk. Pros The biggest benefit for me is the ease of uploading bulk candidates, batch timesheets etc. Saves me so much time and alleviates the margin of error. Pros User friendly and extremely efficient, would highly recommend to any company needing umbrella payroll software. Octopaye are always listen to feedback and update their system to make the user experience even better Cons There are some functionality issues, however these are always dealt with or added to the ever evolving updates. From start to finish Octopaye make the hassle of payroll a dream. Once you've uploaded your payroll if you need to make any amendments its a simple task where other systems can be quite labour intense. Cons The function to add more than one line of data into an example payslip.
