We used this software throughout the life of the trial, would highly recommend! Pros What blew me away about this software was the ease and effectiveness that it brought into the courtroom, our law firm had been using sticky notes before. This software allowed us to tackle Voir Dire head on and create an interactive database to understand the jury better! Cons The initial integration into our trial flow create a stumbling block, but we were able to overcome that as we spent more time in the software. We believe not only did it save us time picking the jury, it ensured we didn’t make any mistakes on who made our panel. Moreover, we now have a record in a usable format in the event of appeals instead of trying to rely on sticky notes or unreadable handwriting.
