They are able to handle many things without the file in hand. Pros Our office has used Case Works for over 10 years. We were able to successfully migrate and antiquated system to what we know as case works today. All of our band-aide databases are now together in one system. Case works greatly changed our Grand Jury process. What use to take days to schedule witnesses now takes a couple of hours. Cons We would love to see the documents storage and work area be a little more robust.
