Pros

Very end user friendly with loads of ways to optimize your teams and workforce to handle a multitude of requests with ease!

Cons

Nothing just know what you want and how you need it configured and this will be your best friend! Great software!

Pros

What I like most about ConnectWise RMM is the simplicity of the web page to manage the devices. It is easily accessed via any browser and is pretty intuitive to use.

Cons

What I like least about ConnectWise RMM is that the product is still very much under development. That is both a good and a bad thing because stuff gets added regularly but some features that Automate RMM had are still lacking.

With all the cons CW is still one of the best remote access tools I have worked in my life. Cons could be inconvenient but overall I still love this product

Pros

\- Monitors saved our life more than 1 time. - Patching still keeps our system up to date - Learned about 3rd party apps patching - helps to keep applications up to date

Cons

\- They changed interface a few times again and not for the best - CW is trying to be everything in one app - while some features are good, some are awful. We couldn't make it work with our network drives. - CW support is disappointing most of the time

We continue to use RMM to monitor our systems successfully and it continues to allow monitoring to be simplified and effective

Pros

Connectwise RMM has greatly improved our ability to monitor our internal systems and assist our clients. Once things are set up there seems to be little effort required to maintain.

Cons

At this time we do not really have cons affecting our day-to-day. We have not required support assistance in some time.

Pros

I was using ConnectWise for 1 year, the best part of ConnectWise RMM that there was a lot of features you could use which made managing devices easy.

Cons

Not intuitive interface was what make using all those available tools very difficult. I am not saying it is bad product, but it takes a lot of time to learn it.

My overall experience was great & ConnectWise RMM makes it simple to analyze issues regarding to PC in the monitoring software. I had no issues installing the RMM tool & providing great CS to clients in reach.

Pros

Very quick and smart remote management monitoring software. I use this a lot to perform work (troubleshooting) & prevent client disruption or identify problems quickly.

Cons

Pricing does punish you but does make your life easier in terms of work. In addition, the UI could also be improved.

It has really reduced downtimes and allowed employees to do what they need to since we can deploy updates easily.

Pros

The ease of use and broad benefit of being able to manage our network environment using it was a big factor in deciding to deploy it across the company

Cons

Early on in the first few days of use, it was working well and gave some of us the false confidence that we knew what to do next, only to make a mistake. The help section was a big lifesaver.

the rmm software is excellent the NOC is a experience of frustration grief and a maze to get routed to someone who knows how to actually do something about the problems

Pros

it gives good system information and integrates screenconnect and other softwares smoothly. but sometimes those softwares are not the best

Cons

the integrated webroot antivirus while it installs automatically . it does not update smoothly and causes system outages then left dozens with webroot core components runing when uninstalled the only way to get rid of them is in front of pc in safe mode running command line commands . a well when useing screen connect it automatically recreates every printer you have locally on the remote system sometimes stranding them there when you disconnect i have some users with as as many a 60 printers in their devices all from previous remote sessions

My overall experience is great. I like the Intelligent alerts & the IT automation. Both of those tools are helpful

Pros

I like the remote troubleshooting. Resolving issues quickly with fast, flexible, and secure remote access is extremely helpful.

Cons

I think the software works well & it's been efficient. It really helps stay on top of everything without losing focus.
