Una svolta al lavoro di studio, possibilità di esercitare lavoro agile connettendosi da remoto, ha ampliato gli orizzonti della mia attività consentendomi una serena gestione anche da remoto attraverso l'accesso ai documenti ed alle singole pratiche.

Pros

La tecnologia cloud rende maggiormente efficiente la gestione degli spazzi, sia in termini di costi, e di facilità nella consultazione dei documenti archiviati. Di fondamentale importanza è la maggiore sicurezza derivante dall'archiviazione in remoto, soprattutto in termini di accessi indesiderati ai documenti ed ai dati personali.

Cons

La tecnologia necessità di dotazioni tecnologiche se non all'avanguardia quantomeno al passo coi tempi, diversamente si può incorrere in rallentamenti e crisi del sistema. Quando si utilizza un sistema di archiviazione e di gestione da remoto è necessario in ogni caso calendarizzare una revisione/manutenzione periodica o ciclica delle dotazioni di studio, pertanto tale voce incide sui costi.
