Great. Satisfied with the team and their quick and efficient response.

Pros

User-friendly interface, Client management, Task management, and Employee management are possible through this software. In short, it's a perfect package for small and medium-sized businesses.

Cons

The only suggestion is to Conduct a proper demo session for the employees and make sure that the employees understood it clearly.

Pros

Pipelines and stages make it easy to manage the customer data and easy to handle. And we will not miss any data.

Cons

Nothing much to complain about but at times the outgoing calls don't connect immediately, but this might be a carrier specific issue

Overall experience is good only. Sometimes we are experiencing slight issues and after reporting it to concerned person they will clear it soon. It is making our work more easier by allowing us to categorizing each profiles.

Pros

We can transfer the candidates into each stages as per the priority and processes which they are passing through. There are different pipelines for a specific view. For eg - If a candidate receive offer letter from the University we can transfer the candidate to the offer letter issued stage so that we can work accordingly. Also, we can value the profiles on priority basis. If a candidate is genuine we can add him/her to high priority. Another great point is that we can create tasks. For instance student counsellors can add task to application team to make them aware about the applications that student counsellors have created for each candidates. This will help them to track the profile and do the required on time. Also, there is an option to upload candidate's documents. So that we can keep and view all the documents shared by the candidate in a single view. We can make calls through CRM that is recorded, so that our management can monitor our calls and rectify us on time.

Cons

Sometimes while uploading the documents and making calls, we are experiencing a slight delay. In past, while reassigning a task there was an issue, we informed the concerned person and they rectified it then itself. Sometimes, the software is getting hang but after refreshing for 2, 3times it will get back to normal.

The overall experience with this platform was quiet helpful as it helps to store data which can be useful for future.

Pros

A product which helps to ease the daily hectic task of the work. The features such as filters helps to retrieve the data's in seconds which is actually time consuming . The software almost helps to manage the work in a simple way. It is almost possible to skip something out of mind as we are handing different kinds of profile, The Task option provided by ZENYS really helps to schedule task in different profile which makes the work quiet easy. Overall ZENYZ is user friendly platform for firms that deals with a large number of data. Thank you

Cons

As a counselor, our main role is to keep tracks on the leads that we're having. The priority option that you have provided is quiet helpful, but priorities can be categorized different( Academics, Intakes, serious students etc. ) Eg: At the 1st stage the leads will be in Inquiry section. There will be different kinds of profiles and it will be hard for the councilors in-charge to follow -up daily . so an extra field after enquiry will help us to prioritize the leads to be followed in daily basis . Or else an other options like - including " Hot, Cold or Medium " for which can be viewed without opening the profile can also helps to manage time. This is something I would like to suggest from my perspective Thank you

The tool is very easy to use and has the right features - nothing more, nothing less. Unlike other tools it is very easy to learn the tool. Apart from that almost everything is customizable on our own which has helped us set up the tool the way we need as per our process.
