WPML-support is often misunderstanding issues in question. Pros That it helps me translate my website's content. And that I do have a good deal of control over my work. Cons It's very cumbersome: you have to install five different plugins. The user interface is very convoluted. It often leads to conflicts with other plugins or has its own deficiencies. E.g.: user roles are not working as supposed. Support with their Maiya AI Support is below par: it just does not understand and keeps repeating the same questions.
