Great! I use WPML on all of my multilingual sites! Its the best tool with the best support. Recommend it!

Pros

The support team is absolutely amazing. Especially \[sensitive content hidden\]! Yesterday he helped me solve a problem I was struggling with for months!

Cons

Sometimes is feels too complex and it has many available settings. Also translating plugins strings is a bit hard for me.

I was solving a problem with WPML visual compatibility in the Impreza theme. The default settings were not working as expected. \[sensitive content hidden\] provided me with valuable information, and I finally solved the problem.

Pros

I've been using WPML for many years, it always works reliably and the support is great and always tries to help.

Cons

Everything is OK. I haven't encountered a problem that couldn't be solved yet. The support is always qualified.

Great! I would recommend it especially for small companies. Support is friendly even though sometimes a bit complicated to understand.

Pros

Easy to use, flexible. good value for my money. The learning curve is managable. Automated translation is very good quality.

Cons

Sometimes too complicated in finding untranslated strings. Does not work well with some LMS systems.

Everything has been great. And support has always been helpful. I never had an issue that could not be solved. Even the most complicated cases are easily resolved with the help of support.

Pros

Great product that has been helping my projects for many years now. Will be using it in future projects for sure.

Cons

It solves the multilingual WordPress websites better than other solutions I have tried. And I have tried at least three.

A very helpful tool – with a lot of very unnerving and time-wasting shortcomings. WPML-support is often misunderstanding issues in question.

Pros

That it helps me translate my website's content. And that I do have a good deal of control over my work.

Cons

It's very cumbersome: you have to install five different plugins. The user interface is very convoluted. It often leads to conflicts with other plugins or has its own deficiencies. E.g.: user roles are not working as supposed. Support with their Maiya AI Support is below par: it just does not understand and keeps repeating the same questions.

Happy with the outcome as they resolved all issues within 3 working days. This is much faster than other software providers.

Pros

The support resolved all 4 problems,some of them relating toothed interaction with another plugin (Divi)

Cons

Notification of response didn’t get to me in a timely fashion. This may be due to my set up but did delay some interaction.

Pros

The plugin is incredibly robust and handles complex translations with ease. What really stands out, however, is the support. I had the pleasure of being assisted by \[sensitive content hidden\], who was professional, patient, and very helpful. She made sure my issue with WPML was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Cons

WPML has a bit of a learning curve because it's so feature-rich, but with support like \[sensitive content hidden\]’s, you never feel stuck.

WPML is a powerfull software that can easy translate the website into multiple languages. Do to its many features it has a learning curve but once you use it 2-3 times... it becomes very easily!

Pros

Feature-rich software! It allows me to easily translate the website into multiple languages and even can to that automatically on a professional level! I would like to say that the support is great and I'm very thankful to \[sensitive content hidden\] who is a member of the team for his technical assistance while I was facing a template translation issue.

Cons

Maybe the price could be a little better or maybe it could include more translation credits which are used for automatic translation.
