Pros I won't lie, the first thing that caught my attention was the unique name for this product, first time it was offered for free, I tried it then, the rest is history! A strong alternative to most PDF editors, it has all the features I needed and more, a very reliable piece of software that I'm sure to use for many years to come. Cons They had a very confusing account management platform, already fixed so I'm a happy user. Customer support does not seem to read the emails about what the problem is. Pros When looking at online reviews, the product looked like what I needed. I was looking forward to using it. I have been downloading it daily since I purchased the perpetual license, but this has not worked. Cons After downloading the product, I entered what I considered to be the license key. The software closed, and since then it will not stay open (not even the free trial). Contacting customer support was no help, because the instructions for the download are in the product. The customer service staff could not offer a means to use it. Looking at the FAQs, I found a different set of instructions, which also did not work. It's easy to use, doesn't require a learning curve. overall its lightweight especially compared to the other known software. You can insert images (signature) Cons The licencing method is totally broken. There's no way of knowing or managing which device is connected / used licence There's no way of removing/adding new devices. if you use your licence on one PC that's it for life.
