January 12, 2022 5.0 I switched from Square to Finli during the beginning of the pandemic, I wasn't looking to switch but after meeting on zoom and getting an overview of the program I discovered it could do more for me as a business. I am able to integrate customer profiles, invoicing and payment processing all in one. Plus the amazing customer service and constant contact for support makes me an extremely satisfied customer! Pros What I like most about Finli is the customer support, the ease of use to set up and send out invoices, and that the company is constantly looking for ways to improve their system. Cons I feel there could be more reports/analytics available for income generated and monthly sales, customer stats how they're paying, etc. I also would benefit from a messaging system being integrated somehow to send reminders that bills are due or to communicate with customers directly from the Finli site. Reason for choosing Finli Customer profiles, invoicing, and payment processing all in one. I tried Finli based on a recommendation and it took about 3 minutes to send out my first invoice. It's just been a really easy app to work with. Pros I needed a simple and effective way to send out recurring invoices to my customers. Doing this only took a few minutes and I could add additional charges to future invoices as I needed to. I've honestly never worked with a more straightforward business software. Cons My biggest feedback was I wanted to issue invoices on my phone, but that is now available. Pros Very easy to use interface for sending out recurring invoices. All I needed was a way to send out professional invoices every month and this does this super well. Also love that they don't charge a transaction fee for ACH payments. Cons Can't think of anything at the moment. Pros As a small business owner/freelancer, I'm invoicing clients a lot. Most clients love to pay online through a bank transfer or with their credit cards. I love offering this as option, but many payment processing sites charge a high fee for each payment in addition to a monthly subscription. With Finli, I'm free of these fees and I can still offer this convenient payment option to my clients. Cons I only wish there was an invoice preview before sending. Pros It is so easy getting paid, you generate the invoice and the funds are deposited right into your bank account. It's painless, reliable, and fast. Not much setup time so you can hit the ground running. Cons I signed up through my Google account which made the process easy but the app doesn't let me log in with google. I also like that I am able to keep track of all my customers within the portal too. Cons There wasn't an easy way to invoice using the pricing items with a unique description for each item.
