Improved from 2 years ago, online functionality of visibility ( rooms /desks) seems better and even easier to use

Pros

What I liked most about Tactic is how simple and intuitive it is - booking desks and managing office presence is very quick and clear. It gives great visibility on who is in the office, which really helps coordination in hybrid teams.

Cons

What I liked least about Tactic is that it can feel a bit limited in terms of advanced features or customization. Some integrations are not very deep, and it may lack flexibility for more complex organizational needs.

Overall Tactic has been very solid software. It’s a great tool for a structured environment like mine and has helped a ton with manufacturing and production scheduling.

Pros

I love Tactic ! So far it’s been really good at helping my team manage resource anywhere from whether office space or production schedules.

Cons

There is slight limited flexibility. Some of my colleagues have complained about not finding all customization options needed.

customer support is very responsive and efficient when it comes to sorting out issues of lag. Cost effective and very user friendly.

easy to use, visitor management tool for room booking and space management. Good and responsive customer support.

The interface tends to lag at times which slows down tasks performance and there can be multiple log in attempts.

Overall, Tactic gave us the core booking workflow we needed with minimal errors. For what it is, desk and room booking, it did the job well, might need more for complex scheduling but we were covered.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to book desks and meeting rooms, our team picked it up fast. The map view showing who is in which seat was handy for our hybrid setup. Set up was straightforward and we didn’t need lots of training.

Cons

I didn’t like that some availability displays weren’t always accurate, we had a few misbookings. A couple of mobile interface bits felt a little clunky compared to desktop.
