This is a huge upgrade from how we were managing this data previously and allows us to do all of our space management in one platform. It also helps team-members easily see who is going into the office to encourage community. Cons Tactic is still improving the user experience. Each desk within the plan is assigned to specific individuals, and the exact time periods during which each person will be using their assigned desk are detailed making it effiecient with space utilization. Cons The website is extremely laggy, with noticeable delays in response time. The unnecessary animations contribute to the slowdown, making the user experience frustrating and inefficient. This tool also simplifies our work station optimization by allowing us to easily see who is physically present in the office and who is working remotely. In a way, Tactic acts as an attendance tracker as well. Pros One aspect that I particularly appreciate about Tactic is its ability to display the availability of stations or rooms on the map. This feature allows me to easily determine if the space I require is unoccupied or currently in use by another individual. Furthermore, the platform also provides the added benefit of identifying the specific user occupying the space, as each individual has their own profile within Tactic. Cons None so far. Other than users being able to reserve station and meeting rooms. It also helps identify how many units/station are being used, which can lead to the company being able to identify if we have a lot of stations or missing some and needs to bring in more. This can either help us reduce station cost, or improve productivity by getting more station. It was also really easy to use because just simple clicks, you'll be able to reserve a station or room. Support for the service was also seamless. Pros It help organize station assignment. It allows employees to know which stations are already taken and which are being used. This also helps management know exactly where people are. This also allows people to know if meeting rooms are available for use. Cons None so far. Everything about it appears to be great and helpful. Can't complain about Tactic right now.
