This is a huge upgrade from how we were managing this data previously and allows us to do all of our space management in one platform. It also helps team-members easily see who is going into the office to encourage community. Cons is still improving the user experience. Other than users being able to reserve station and meeting rooms. It also helps identify how many units/station are being used, which can lead to the company being able to identify if we have a lot of stations or missing some and needs to bring in more. This can either help us reduce station cost, or improve productivity by getting more station. It was also really easy to use because just simple clicks, you'll be able to reserve a station or room. Support for the service was also seamless. Pros It help organize station assignment. It allows employees to know which stations are already taken and which are being used. This also helps management know exactly where people are. This also allows people to know if meeting rooms are available for use. Cons None so far. Everything about it appears to be great and helpful. Can't complain about right now.
