I can see where my officemates are seated, so I can easily get to their station. Pros The graphic interface is so accurate that it feels like you can see every desk available in the offering. For what it is, desk and room booking, it did the job well, might need more for complex scheduling but we were covered. Pros I liked how easy it was to book desks and meeting rooms, our team picked it up fast. The map view showing who is in which seat was handy for our hybrid setup. Set up was straightforward and we didn’t need lots of training. Cons I didn’t like that some availability displays weren’t always accurate, we had a few misbookings. Great value, signature customer service and especially with an ongoing pandemic, a great asset to have to track, trace and analyze office needs and visits. There are definitely some features that aren't as refined and I hope the Tactic team works them out. Pros The map is very helpful, and the team was great helping to make updates Cons The app is not good, there is no way to see the map.
