Je ne suis pour le moment qu'en phase de découverte, je test l'outil pour potentiellement l'adopter. Il a l'air très prometteur et j'ai hâte d'en découvrir plus !

Pros

La promesse de Screeb a l'air très intéressante. Les possibilités de personnalisation, les questionnaires, la bonne intégration dans les interfaces avec un design moderne ainsi que le suivi des parcours pour améliorer l'usage.

Cons

L'outil en lui même peut paraître un peu complexe à appréhender les premiers jours. Il semble y avoir beaucoup d'informations, ce qui freine un peu l'apprentissage.

En résumé, l'outil est bien pensé et agréable à utiliser, mais la traduction en français serait un vrai plus pour un service destiné au marché francophone.

Pros

J'ai récemment commencé à utiliser Screeb, et, pour le moment, mon retour est plutôt positif. L'interface du site et de l'application est intuitive et accueillante, ce qui facilite la prise en main même pour les nouveaux utilisateurs.

Cons

Toutefois, un point qui m'a semblé dommage est l'absence de version en français du site, surtout pour un service conçu pour un marché français. Cela pourrait rendre l'expérience plus confortable et accessible pour un plus grand nombre d'utilisateurs locaux.

Pros

Screeb is extremely easy to handle: surveys can be set up, launched, edited and monitored in total independence. Plus, they are launched in-product, which is a game-changer in terms of user experience.

Cons

Some new functionalities are not always immediately applicable to our product. However, the team are always open to feedback and always do their best to fulfill our requests in the shortest amount of time (as much as possible).

We have been working with this tool for a year and a half to carry out the NPS tracking surveys of all our solutions, and it is really very complete and at the same time very easy to use. From the first moment their attitude has been to help us, to try to make sure that everything is in our best interest and they have even adapted or improved things based on our suggestions. And I must also say that their response time and the time to solve incidents is very fast.

Pros

It's really easy to use and very complete. I also like the fact that they are continually adding new features.

Cons

I miss a dashboard with all the data of all my projects that is more detailed and comprehensive at the same time.

Très heureuse d'être utilisatrice, j'ai envie de mettre plein de mesure en place et de monter en compétences !

Pros

Simple à prendre en main pour une marketeuse qui n'a jamais fait de produit avant sa prise de fonction. Et pourtant très complet, je ne suis pas frustrée. Au contraire, c'est régulièrement amélioré et il y a de nombreuses nouveautés. + CSM au top !

Cons

Peut-être l'impossibilité de créer des listes en fonction de certains critères, j'aimerai plus de segmentation et d'automatismes.
