è un ottimo software, si vede che è stato creato da un hotel manager perchè il livello di dettaglio, va oltre anche alla mia conoscenza spesso. Se avete +12 persone nello staff è indispensabile, e te ne rendi conto solo dopo avere iniziato ad usarlo di quanto è grande la differenza.

Pros

Sinceramente, mi ha facilitato molto la gestione del personale.

Cons

è ancora in fase di sviluppo, apprezzo che ci sono aggiornamenti costanti, e il colore bianco come sfondo lo preferirei mettere l'opzione nera.

Mi ha permesso di risolvere un problema relativo all’emissione errata di scontrini fiscali e sopratutto mi tiene aggiornato sulle modifiche alla struttura ed al suo housekeeping.

Pros

Beh, mi ha permesso di inserirmi nel team in maniera veloce con quiz e procedure complete anche di video. Oltre a questo la utilizzo sopratutto per tornare su alcune procedure più ostiche o che magari richiedono maggiore attenzione.

Cons

È ancora un software molto giovane, gli sviluppatori stanno dando il meglio per tirar fuori un applicazione super intuitiva e per ora non ho trovato problemi di alcuna sorta. Mi piacerebbe però che avesse un sistema di badge come quello di TripAdvisor che ti permetta di mettere in vetrina i tuoi accomplishments.

Avendo cominciato a lavorare in hotel senza avere alcuna esperienza, con TheFrontBest ho potuto acquisire un poco tempo e in maniera efficiente tutte le competenze necessarie. Ne sono entusiasta.

Pros

La facilità di ricerca delle procedure. L'immediatezza nel trovare le risposte ad ogni dubbio. La competenza che si acquisisce dopo aver svolto i quiz e testato i vari tutorial. I premi e i badge che mi vengono riconosciuti se raggiungo gli obiettivi prefissati

Cons

Al momento nulla. Tutto molto semplice e intuitivo.

Easy to use and affordable. It definitely helped me lower turnover rates and have more efficient staff onboarding. Recommended also to boost motivation in the team.
