They are experts in EDI and helped us through every step of the process. Pros It has enabled us to simplify our EDI processes in our ERP system. We have a very small team with limited in-house programming resources. By leveraging Commport's Integrated EDI, we can quickly bring on new Trading Partners without the need for custom programming for each new implementation. Cons There is a significant amount of work required to complete the mapping and testing, however I know that the end result will be a much streamlined process and faster implementations for new Trading Partners. Commport’s Integrated EDI has helped us improve data accuracy and streamline our transactions with trading partners. We feel confident continuing our partnership with them. Pros The customer service is excellent. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with any issues or questions we have. Their support makes the integration process smoother and more manageable. Cons While the customer service is strong, response times can vary depending on the issue. Purolator International has partnered with Commport for many years, and we have had great success with launching and supporting new products. Cons Commport's focus on our partnership occasionally meant that their team members are working on their days off. No need to add any headcount while opening more stores. We need to implement 820 with our EDI but it is our system's restrictions at this time. Pros I am very pleased with Commport's Support team.
