Pros

This CRM was streamlined and seamlessly perfected. Starting with the introduction video, \[sensitive content hidden\] response times for troubleshooting projects, his commitment to educating my staff and partners on product efficiency, the promptness with importing my CSV files, assisting with automation was a breeze and integration with logo, white labeling, API conversion was so smooth. The CRM feature functionalities are transparent and set for advancing your label/brand. The electronic signature functionality is one of my favs. I would recommend partners and associates to this product any day.

Captafi has provided us a cloud-based and dynamic solution for keeping the maintenance and further proliferation of new data as steady and sustainable as possible. The release cycles of new features are regular and enrich the overall experience.

Pros

Captafi has made it easy to deploy and maintain our loan origination business without messy setup, difficult learning curves or long wait times. This "sure-footed" software is snappy and a pleasure to zip through when processing a loan!

Cons

Captafi is regulalry updating the software with new features and new ways of managing portfolios of clients and their data. It can often be arduous to schedule large groups for training in the new features.
