My experience with Artiwise has been consistently positive, particularly in three key areas: availability, customer support, and problem-solving. ​Their team is exceptionally responsive and always available when we need them. What truly sets them apart, however, is their approach to support. Instead of offering generic advice, they dive deep into the issue to provide practical, actionable solutions. They are not just quick to respond, but more importantly, they are efficient in resolving problems, which has been incredibly valuable for our operations.

Pros

Efficiency, customer support and a strong team that are efficient and swift in problem solving. They are not only developing products, they stand by it.

Cons

If there's one minor area for improvement, it would be that on rare occasions, response times for more complex inquiries can be slightly longer than usual. However, this is a minor point in what is otherwise an excellent and highly responsive service.

They handle labeling, model training, service deployment, and quickly fix findings, which we really appreciate. This is why I find Artiwise very successful and admire them.

Pros

Artiwise’s products are very successful. The AI services we use have a very high success rate, and the fact that they are customized is very valuable to us.

Cons

Artiwise always stands behind its products, maintaining strong communication and providing quick responses.

After using the Artiwise panels, we have a different opinion on the customer comments. Customer reviews, especially categorized through AI, are the biggest part of our business.

Pros

The most important thing is a healthy relationships with Artiwise team. They are very interested about the all ıssues. For that i want to thanks again them. I wish you can do your best!

Generally and mostly i don't have anything to say. Maybe i can give a simple as some filter designed. But also these process are continues.

With its AI solutions, Artiwise enables you to analyze all your customer conversations with the least possible effort and take the best actions by revealing the root causes. You can easily review and report these analysis results in dashboards at different detail levels, and deepen and examine each detail as you wish. With this structure, it is a great product for turning customer analyzes into action in a short time and deepening the customer experience by managing it from a single point.

Cons

It may require checking to ensure that special terms, which may vary depending on the industry, are converted into text and spelled correctly, but with a great customer success and support team, everything reaches the desired level in a short time.

We can quickly and automatically analyze the verbatim of our customers, which we used to do manually. As a result, we come up with quick action plans. In the specially created artificial intelligence model, we can easily analyze service and sales comments.

Pros

Artiwise has turned our manual analysis into a quick analysis with excellent practice. With its user-friendly application, easy access was provided and it was immediately adapted. We easily analyzed all the comments from our customers and started to take our actions quickly thanks to the widgets used. Moreover, we have adapted technology to our business by having an application that we use under the name of a Best Practice.It has been an area that we apply to in every job, and this journey, which we started with a survey, started to continue in other channels.

There's nothing I don't like right now. Only many widgets can be added
