Pros

ノーコードで、SaaS間の連携が実現できるため、公開されているレシピと合致さえすれば、導入しない理由はないです。現状は、無料公開されているレシピ（kickflow - sweeep請求書連携）でのみ利用していますが、これから業務効率化を進める上で、強力なツールになることは間違いないと感じています。

Cons

ログの情報がもう少し詳しく出力できると、いざという時の対応もスムーズに行えるため、今後の改善に期待しています。

iPaaSのツール提供だけでなく要件定義からオンボーディングまでを対応して貰えるため、SIが中心の日本のIT産業には最適な提供形態だと思いました。また各SaaSのAPIの仕様やユースケースについての多くの知見を持たれているため「データ連携のアウトソース」を安心して任せられると感じました。

Pros

「レシピ」がシンプルでわかりやすいです。過去に事例のあるワークフローがレシピ化されているので契約当日から自動化をすることができますし、個別の要件にも対応したレシピを作成してもらえる点は特に大手企業にとっては重要だと思います。

Cons

対応しているSaaSやレシピがもう少しあるとあらゆる業務の自動化に活用できると思いました。

毎日のルーチン作業から解放されたのはとても素晴らしい体験でした。 明らかに作業効率があがり、他の業務をする時間ができて感謝です。

Pros

PC操作は得意な方ではないですが、画面がみやすくそれほど設定に苦労することはありませんでした。 また、わからないところなどサポートもネイティブ日本語で丁寧に対応していただいたので、 最近のプロダクトは日本語サポートがないところもあるので、goodポイントだと感じました。

Cons

これといった短所は見当たりませんが、利用ユーザーがまだ多くないのでグーグル検索しても利用者の情報が少ない点。

利用しているSaaSを接続することで業務フローの自動化が可能な部分です。わかりやすいUIで設定も簡単でした。

Cons

片側のSaaSの設定を変更した場合、ActRecipe側でその変更を把握できないため、意識が必要です。

Pros

SaaS間の連携について、やりたいことをノーコードで実現できる点が大変素晴らしいです！品質が非常に高い点もポイントで、導入後にActRecipe側の要因でのエラー等がほぼゼロな点は運用コストも下げられるためありがたいです。

Cons

・導入ハードルが少し高い →レシピ設定の各種説明がヘルプページ等で詳しく載っていると、もう少し設定しやすいかと思います。 ・API RateLimitを考慮してほしい →レシピが増えてくると、同じSaaSに対して複数のレシピで同時刻にAPI実行しているケースが出てきます。例えば「1分間30回までというRateLimit」があるSaaSがあるとして、そのSaaSからRateLimitに相当するエラーが返ってきても、レシピ単体としてはリトライせずそのままエラーに倒している、というお話を伺いました。レシピのスケジュール実行間隔で調整すればいいのでしょうが、ここも少し考慮した実装になってくれると、尚ありがたいと感じています。（RateLimit系は数秒待って最大5回ぐらいまでリトライしてくれる、等） ・ログ →正常実行時のログはほぼ内容が見られず、異常時のログも最小限という形で、ログから何かを追うことがなかなか難しい製品という印象です。もう少し詳細なログ等が閲覧できると運用的な観点からは嬉しいと思います。

Workatoなどでコネクターが存在しない国内系SaaSに対してレシピ構築を柔軟に対応してもらえる点

既存レシピ数はあまり多くない また管理者側での改修できる範囲が限定的

Pros

アカウント作成当初はレシピが少なかったが、ここ最近半年でそのペースが上がってきました。 どんどん対象のSaaSサービスが増えてきているので今後が楽しみです。

Cons

レシピが自分で作れない所。 有償プランであれば可能かと思うが、自分で作れると嬉しい。

スピーディに新たに連携できるソフトが増えていっているので期待感が高いです。

Pros

簡単にシステム間のデータ連携ができるのでいままでcsvで連携していた手間が省けました。

Cons

そこまで高くはないのですが、あまり連携するシステムや頻度が低い場合は割高に感じるかもしれません。

SaaS間のデータ連携の開発コストが下げられた。また、サービスサポート部門が説教的に問題解決してくれ、非常に助かった。

Pros

SaaSサービスを導入する上で、SaaSサービス間のデータ連携をどう実現するかが毎回悩みどころになっており、データ連携を内製する場合、開発期間や人的リソース、コストがかかり、SaaS導入のボトルネックとなっておりました。 ActRecipeのレシピを導入することで、SaaS間のデータ連携をレシピを用いて実現できる為、ボトルネックが軽減され、SaaSサービスの導入がしやすくなりました。

Cons

データ連携する項目を変更したい場合等は、利用者側でできることが限られており、ActRecipe社にレシピの作成・変更を依頼する必要がある。 ある程度利用者側でデータ連携項目を変更できる柔軟性があると嬉しい。
