Highly technical installation with poor support from the implementation team. Pros It promised to be able to sync with PlanSwift and QuickBooks while providing easy estimating and project management. Cons It never worked. After spending three months with myself and two part time workers we were still unable to use the software. They spent about one hour a week via Zoom telling us how to install it and then left highly technical implementation up to us. The interface is cluttered and complex. It is not user friendly or easy to find your way around. The terminology used in the software does not match other mainstream accounting, estimating,or project management software. The software documentation is unfinished with sections only having titles without content. Company offered only 10% refund and said we should allow up to 18 months for implementation. They are insisting they can make the software work for our needs and refusing my request for a 50% refund. I am no longer with the purchasing company and no one on their team is tech savvy enough for the highly technical installation. Waste of $40k and three months of my time. They promised to be able to do all of this. Someone in a different industry had used CrowsNest and liked it.
