Survey data is linked to current issues within the business, and there is a heightened level of transparency around the linkage between performance and compensation. Pros For many of us who've been around this HR/TM space for very long, we all know there are software companies that have been chasing this seeming Holy Grail of solutions which could effectively and efficiently pull together environmental scanning (i.e. surveys) with employee engagement, goal alignment/cascading, performance monitoring & feedback, and reward & recognition. We also are aware a few players have done a great job with some of these verticals, but none have done what was needed to align them all in one software offering. None, that is, until Innovation Minds came along. This is an intuitive platform which puts the control in the hands of the manager, the employee, and HR, with custom workflows which tailor its operation to the needs of my organization and managers today, while allowing total flexibility for the changes anticipated for our rapid-growth environment. Cons If there is one thing I wish I could strengthen, it would be stronger language for employees around the anonymity of employee survey data. Switched from [Paycom](https://www.capterra.com/p/130949/Paycom/) While Paycom is perhaps the most stable of the service bureau offerings, and their single software approach gives them a tremendous advantage over ADP, Paychex, and many other players in this space when it comes to reliability, their individual modules often suffer from the same woes in that they simply don't offer the same kind of functionality of a Lattice, Innovation Minds, et al. Within the Paycom environment, their TM module offers very, very little room for customization to the needs of my organization... such as the number of competencies for an employee, and how the employee's Self Eval is completed and stored vs. how the manager's review form is completed. VERY rigid and inflexible. Good work Innovation Mind Pros Challenges and Ideas are great, Those engagement scores & Awards as well are Awesome. And It has a great-looking UI that never makes a user feel bad. Cons Make the toolbar little color full for Ideas, Challenge chat, etc... We also used it for the quiet people on the team to use their voice without having to speak so to speak. They input their ideas and they were heard. Pros We used Innovation Minds to get our team to collaborate together to solve a problem. It was easy to use and a good experience. Cons I liked the product, our company just wasn't ready to use this product.
