Der Support des gesamten meetyoo Teams war herausragend. Wir konnten in der Pandemiezeit unseren Kunden eine Plattform bieten um mit deren Kunden in Kontakt zu treten und sich zu präsentieren. Pros meetyoo ist / war die einzige Lösung am Markt, mit der wir als klassischer Messeveranstalter uns eine Durchführung einer rein digitalen Messe vorstellen konnten und somit haben innerhalb weniger Monate im Jahr 2020 / 2021 eine digitale Messe mit knapp 300 Ausstellern auf die Beine gestellt. mit Hilfe der meetyoo-Plattform war es den Ausstellern und Teilnehmern möglich mit Hilfe von Text- und Videochats rein digital in Verbindung zu treten. Mit Hilfe der Webcam-Webcast konnten wir darüber hinaus Vorträge, Podiumsdiskussionen und sogar eine Preisverleihung live auf die PLattform streamen und somit zumindest einen Teil des Wissenstransfers einer klassischen Messe / Veranstaltung bereitstellen. Mit Hilfe der Designer von meetyoo konnten wir zudem die Emotionalität einer Veranstaltung durch individuelle Standdesigns für unsere Aussteller, durch die Gestaltung einer Eingangshalle und der Konferenzräume sehr gut zu den Teilnehmern transportieren. Den Ausstellern wurde die Möglichkeit geboten, durch die Individualisierung der virtuellen Messestände (inkl. Darstellung der eigenen Produkte) sich von dem Wettbewerber abzuheben und konnten zudem Ihren Content, Produktbroschüren,... den Teilnehmern zur Verfügung stellen. Alles in allem war die durchgeführte Veranstaltung mit meetyoo ein großer Erfolg für uns als auch für unsere Kunden / Aussteller. Aber natürlich hoffen wir zukünftig wieder physische Messen durchzuführen, dann aber in einer hybriden Form (Messe mit digitalen Ergänzung) Cons Teilweise haben die Kunden die Kontaktaufnahmemöglichkeiten (Text- oder Videochatfunktion) nicht so angenommen wie gewünscht. Das liegt aber weniger an der Software / Usability von meetyoo, vielmehr an den Teilnehmern und deren gefühlte "Angst" / Zurückhaltung die "neuen" Kontaktmöglichkeiten zu nutzen.
