Overall, I prefer winzip to many of the other competitors and would recommend this app to thhose who need a file compressor.

Pros

I have been using winzip almost as long as I've been using computers, the software is amazing easy to use, intuitive and great for file management and creation. I'd recommend it to anyone using encrypted or password protected files and compressed files.

Cons

I have no complaints about this app. I've never needed customer support, but I assume they are as good as the app itself.

WinZip has been a great tool, and I switch between it and 7zip regularly based on my needs and mood. Being one of the first tools of it's kind, it is well maintained and does exactly what your every day user would need. It's not fancy or flashy, and it is going to do the absolute most for a tool of it's kind, but it will absolutely get most jobs done well. Mobile compression/unzipping really impressed me, and I use that regularly as there are few competitors, and those that there are, are very lacking.

Pros

It is fast, small, simple, and does everything I need; it even has a mobile version! It is easy enough to navigate, and can handle large files well! It's a great compression/unzipping tool for the average PC user.

Cons

The UI could be more user friendly, especially on mobile, and in terms of size, it can't handle quite what I have found that 7z can.

I deleted the software because I wasn't satisfied, yet I continue to get pop ups every time I turn on my computer asking me to upgrade! Uggh!

Quando tive contato a primeira vez com este software, achei muito complexo e pensei que não iria me adaptar a ele, mas com o uso diário e a necessidade em aprender a usá-lo porque era necessário no meu dia a dia eu fui percebendo que ele é mais simples do que se pode imaginar e hoje não uso outra ferramenta, só ele. Super recomendo.

Pros

o que eu mais gostei foi de saber que tem como proteger seus arquivos com senha no zip, achei super legal, uma compactação simples e de maneira bem rápida.

Cons

Nada a reclamar, ele tem tudo que o usuário precisa para uma compactação.

It is a basic software that every computer should have since its capabilities are necessary when handling files, either to compress or pack them, although Windows handles a function similar to this program, without a doubt this one is much better.

Pros

It does its job quite well, is very easy to use and supports most of the available file compression formats, integrates very well with the operating system and offers encryption options to protect your files.

Cons

It has a somewhat outdated interface that has not changed much over the years, and there have been no major updates to improve the software, so it can be understood as a basic software without much development.

La mia esperienza complessiva con WinZip è completamente positiva lo utilizzo da anni ormai è non mi ha mai deluso, è riuscito ad estrarre ogni file senza problemi.

Pros

WinZip mi ha colpito molto il fatto dell'installazione del software, occupa pochissimo spazio sul disco e consente di comprimere file di grandi dimensioni, dovevo passare file di grandi dimensioni in GB è riuscito a comprimere consentendomi di inviare il tutto in modo semplicissimo, e senza che i file al suo interno siano danneggiati che dire ottimo. Lo utilizzo anche quando devo inserire password per i file condivisi funziona tutto alla meraviglia ottimo!

Cons

La cosa che non ho apprezzato molto è che quando si comprime un file di grandi dimensioni anche avendo un computer di ultima generazione impiega un del tempo per la compressione dei file

He trabajado mucho con este programa y en general cumple lo necesario a nivel empresarial, pero a nivel usuario doméstico, encontramos muchas limitaciones

Fácil despliegue mediante .msi, no necesita recursos y fácil de entender

Cons

Existen otros programas similares que pueden descomprimir muchas más extensiones, se queda un poco obsoleto.

Awkward to install - it failed the first time; and to use some of the features you have to download more modules which need to be installed separately.

It's undoubtedly a powerful piece of software with a lot of useful tools, such as file conversion and encryption.

Winzip è la scelta giusta se si ha necessità delle funzioni più evolute, se al contrario si ha bisogno solo delle funzionalità base esistono altre soluzioni.

Pros

Moltissime le opzioni messe a disposizione dal programma, sicuramente il più completo sul mercato.

Cons

Le tre versioni a pagamento forse sono un po' troppe. L'occupazione di spazio del programma sul proprio computer non sono proprio indifferenti. La versione gratuita è a tempo, a differenza della concorrenza più famosa.

Lo puedes usar de forma gratuita, también comprime imágenes para ahorrar mas espacio lo que facilita su transferencia a través de Internet, ahorra espacio en disco y acelera la transferencia de archivos; Descompresión de archivos lo que permite acceder a archivos comprimidos recibidos de otros usuarios o descargar archivos comprimidos de Internet; Encriptación de archivos, integración con servicios en la nube, compatibilidad con varios formatos de archivo entre otros.

Llevo utilizando WinZip prácticamente desde que salió al mercado hace ya casi 20 años y solo tengo buenas palabras ya que revolucionó el sistema de compresión por su entorno gráfico y la facilidad para ello. Así que todo genial.

Desde siempre hace ya muchos años llevo utilizando esta herramienta potente y segura para gestión de archivos, compresión y archivación y es de lo mejor del mercado, año tras año mejorando. Una interfaz muy sencilla de utilizar, sencillez de uso, potencia y muchas opciones disponibles. Es multiplataforma , rápido y efectivo. Puede generar archivos autoextraíbles con seguridad de cifrado de acceso. Una gran compresión reduciendo el tamaño y tiene modalidad de prueba gratuita.

Cons

Por decir algo, en versiones superiores es algo alto de precio pero muy a nivel profesional. Por lo demás no veo contras
