Dank Zeeg ist meine Terminplanung endlich digital und vollautomatisiert. Statt zeitfressender Abstimmungen via E-Mail oder Telefon biete ich heute einen transparenten, selbsterklärenden Buchungsablauf an. Das Ergebnis: Mehr Verbindlichkeit, weniger Administrationsaufwand und ein professioneller Auftritt meiner Praxis. Absolute Empfehlung für alle Therapeuten, die effizienter arbeiten wollen!

Pros

Was mir den Arbeitsalltag in der Praxis wirklich erleichtert, ist die Flexibilität von Zeeg. Die Termingestaltung ist simpel und passt sich mir an, nicht umgekehrt. Dank der benutzerdefinierten Abläufe werden viele Handgriffe automatisiert, sodass ich mich nicht mehr um jedes Detail kümmern muss. Auch die Integration von Google Kalender ist top – keine Verzögerungen, keine Sync-Fehler. Es fühlt sich an, als hätte man einen digitalen Assistenten, der mitdenkt und dafür sorgt, dass ich den Kopf für meine eigentliche Arbeit frei habe.

Cons

Ich würde mir mehr Möglichkeiten wünschen, sein eigenes Unternehmen zu branden. Ansonsten gibt es in der Anwendung fast keine Probleme.

Zeeg allows me to create professional, sleek, and versatile scheduling pages. I can route replies, create workflows

Pros

Zeeg is good value for the subscription pricing. My questions are answered quickly via Chat Support. I can create routing options for meeting polls and lead-gen forms, and also workflows (follow-up and thank you emails, surveys, and custom). The booking page and the confirmation email are both professional-looking.

Cons

Learning about all of the amazing options was a bit confusing in the beginning. Zeeg can do many things, but it took me a few trips to the Resource pages to figure them out, and I'm sure there are more!

Das man es einfach mit dem Apple Kalender verbinden kann und es wirklich sehr einfach zu bedienen ist.

Cons

Da gibt es nichts negatives zu schreiben, einfach ein gutes Tool um Kunden Terminbuchungen zu ermöglichen

Ich bin sehr zufrieden und hab 3 Kalender über Zeeg laufen. Es funktioniert hervorragend, sieht gut aus und kommt auch bei meinen Kunden super an.

Pros

Übersichtlich und gut verständlich, alles auf Deutsch :) und ich finde die Verbindung der Kalender grandios, so gibt es keine Terminüberschneidungen mehr!

Cons

Ich würde mir wünschen, dass schon in der ersten Abo-Stufe automatisierte Follow-ups möglich wären und ich so meine Kunden noch smarter betreuen könnte.

Eine sehr gute Möglichkeit, DSGV-Konform und mit einer deutschen Lösung die Terminplanung anzugehen.

Pros

Übersichtliches Layout einfach zu bedienen. Sehr viele Möglichkeiten. Kontakt zum Service-Chat war auch sehr schnell hergestellt und man konnte sofort helfen und das Problem lösen - das war richtig cool!

Cons

Derzeit habe ich noch keine Schwächen entdeckt :) - eventuell wäre eine Anbindung an das jeweilige CMR-Tool hilfreich. Ansonsten muss man seine Kunden und Kontakte nochmals einpflegen.

Es unterstützt mich bei der Terminvergabe oder der Ausschreibung von Gruppenterminen, die FolloWUp Möglichkeit ist sehr gut. Durch das intuitive SetUp kam ich schnell zurecht und konnte es problemlos anwenden.

Die intuitive und praxisnahe Einrichtung, DSGVO konform, Hosting in D, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Cons

das Layout der Terminauswahl könnte etwas anders/verständlicher gestaltet sein, aber das ist Gemecker auf hohem Niveau

Bisher hat technisch alles sehr gut funktioniert und meine KundInnen sind sehr zufrieden.

Pros

Die Terminplanung kann sehr schnell aufgesetzt werden - zudem sieht die Terminseite für meine KundInnen sehr gut aus und die Termine können intuitiv und schnell gebucht werden

Cons

Schön wäre, wenn ich als Seitenowner über einen zeeg Kalender direkt Termine einbuchen könnte, damit die Erinnerungen auch gleich aus dem System an meine KundInnen verschickt werden können - geht zwar mit einem kleinen Workaround auch, indem ich über die Terminseite dann Termine einbuche, könnte aber noch schneller und einfacher gehen mit einer Kalenderfunktion im Dashboard.

Super! Ich habe mein Kalenderbuchungs-Tool gewechselt, weil Calendly meinen iCloud-Kalender nicht mehr synchronisiert hat. Die Umstellung war innerhalb wirklich kürzester Zeit erledigt, das Tool ist in allen Funktionen super intuitiv und sieht ansprechend aus. Verstehe rückwirkend gar nicht, dass ich so lange bei Calendly war, denn Zeeg übertrifft es aus meiner Sicht. 🚀

Pros

Zeeg ist super anwenderfreundlich und hat ein simples, ansprechendes Design, funktioniert reibungslos. Besonders toll finde ich die direkte Nähe zum Team selbst – hier werden auf ganz direktem Weg, auch mal per Zoom Herausforderungen schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Erlebt man nicht so häufig, dass auch die Gründer so nahbar sind und ist für mich ein absolutes Plus!

Cons

Hab bis jetzt noch nix gefunden, was mir nicht gefällt.
