Its really helps me on improving my performance as this systems helps me to track my progress record. Also few interesting features such as progress bar with performance indicator helps to boost my motivation to reach my objective.  Cons As a web-based system. Its operate both in computer and phone. With OKR and kpi goal tracking it sets up a more transparent team and our team members tend to be more dynamic when it comes to goals/ strategy discussion. Pros Have a clarity on the goals and key results that I am required to achieve and how my goals are aligned to other team members. It is a good idea to have a software to keep track on goals, daily planning and weekly planning, also the progress for each planning. Pros The features of goals, daily check in and progress for daily are great for me because the software aplow me to keep track on what i have to do, the progress and keep track on the goal i have set. Cons From my experience, i think theres lag here and there when i try to add daily plan and update progress. Also it takes few minute and refresh to back to normal when its lag. I especially loves the OKR and the Check In tools of the system because it really helps me to manage my work easier than ever. The OKR helps me see my objectives clearly. It also helps me keep track on my work progress better. Check In tools helps me plan my daily, weekly and even monthly task so that I will always know what things to keep in check first. Pros OKR that helps me see my goals clearly and Check-In Tools which helps me plan my task easier than ever. Cons Nothing much. It might look complex at first.
