### "Payaca saves us time and has helped improve our processes "

Overall it has been a good experience and I feel we provide better service and information to our customers by using Payaca, it has certainly enabled us to streamline previous processes which were using very manual processes to complete our paperwork and Payaca has made many of these quicker and simpler.

Pros

Integrating Payaca into our business has been very helpful by reducing lots of repetitive manual process and increasing communication between us and customers via automations, it has definitely been timesaving. Whilst we have had to change some of the ways we are working, this has been adapted well by office staff and engineers. The support \[sensitive content hidden\] have given us and continue to give us has been brilliant and they work very hard at providing guidance, advice and solutions. We have two type of engineer teams and numerous office teams using Payaca, our Service engineers have been using it for some time and all seems fully embedded, making booking, attendance and invoicing pretty seamless. Our Installation engineers have only just started using it and therefore are less familiar, so I have less to report on this at the moment. The great thing is that we can continue to develop from its starting point as we become more aware of any further tweaks we may need. Help is always at hand to answer queries, which we have been very grateful for, to get the best from the system. We are hoping as more projects go through Payaca and Analytics develop, it will give us lots of useful information for our business to help us develop it going forward.

Cons

The use of a single email address for each project has been a bit of a challenge due to the type of customers we have where we have repeat projects with one customer. We also have elderly customers who don't have email addresses or do not want to use it and therefore easier flexibility around this, would be good. We seem to have developed work arounds, but it isn't ideal. The ability to be able to leave notes on the customer without it being on a specific project is something we used a great deal in our previous CRM and it was very helpful to all staff, so we do miss that functionality. There also seems to have been a number of issues with information mapping over to Payaca and Xero incorrectly and this has caused quite a bit of work for our finance department where there have been some anomolies of data mapping over incorrectly without us understanding why. So this has been challenging sometimes to manage positively when the fallout has created a great deal of stress and work for Finance, hopefully we will get there with these issues.

The CRM we moved from was not on the drop down, it was Copper CRM and we moved as Payaca is developed for our industry so the capability is better.

The team have been amazing, they started providing electrical certification within the software which was a massive game changer and time saver for us as a company. they really have gone above and beyond to create an all round solution for electrical businesses.

Pros

I like how I can make options for quotes. I means I can give customers optional extras to help upsell and means I have to do less quote amendments as people can just untick something if they don't want it rather than having to keep coming back and requesting changes.

Cons

The initial getting my head around how all the quotes work was difficult but \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team were always on hand to help. Its best just to get stuck in and start learning.

Very good. Tech have helped me a few times with some minor issues and seem to be happy to take onboard advice on how to better the app

Pros

Pre existing integration with stripe as this allowed a streamlined process to get paid.

Cons

Lack of other integrations such as go cardless for recurring payments such as subscriptions and long term rentals.

### "Fantatsic product, even better team"

Pros

The team are fantatsic. Always keen to hear feedback and make improvements. New versions with better featyres are released almost weekly at the moment. Easy for our team to use, implementation took a little bit of time but was valbsolutely worth it. It has reduced our admin resource by over 60%. Improved efficiencies in almost all areas of our business. Increased profitability by 15% within 4 weeks of full implementation. Honestly can\`t fault this system. Really excited to see what developments are coming in the next few months.

Cons

I don\`t really have any negative feedback, excellent value for money. Take the time and implement the system properly, make sure you are on the right package and if you need the extra support, pay for it. It will pay dividends in a very short period of time.

Pros

Ease of creating quotes, ability to create groups, ability to automatically communicate with customers via text message.

Cons

Not able to save pdf broachers to groups, not able to add clickable links to items (eg links to more into on the products) , Not being able to have multiple email address, people the same quote gets sent to, eg some times we need to send the quote to the client and the main contractor.

### "Outstanding CRM "

Pros

A very important tool in todays busy environment, which takes care of automations, allowing you to track everything. I find quoting and invoicing seamlessly integrating.

Cons

as a new platform there are still some forms I would like to have as standard. However it is easy to attach documents to a file if necessary.

### "Is it for us? "

Lead control is excellent from enquiry through survey and quote stage right through to sale and installation and billing.

Pros

The system appeared to fundamentally be designed for sole traders, primarily plumbers which wasn't initially ideal for us until \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team engaged with us to explore the chances of tweaking the product to suit our Vehicle Charging/ Renewable Energy application. No one else offered the flexibility

Cons

It was very trade specific initially and not really suited to a company that had separate departments. This is no longer the case. \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team have been incredibly helpful over the past year in compromising processes to help it work for us

My overall experience with Payaca has been fantastic. I'm getting on really well with the product and looking forward to using it for many more years and excited to see the additional features they add. It's really helped increase my sales, my quote conversion rate has increased massively and that is probably down the professional look it provides. The customer service is brilliant also. Any questions you may have, their team are always there to answer or solve any issues. Excellent all round package with Payaca!

Pros

I love the fact that I can create a quote or invoice in short time. Also once an invoice is sent it integrates with xero where my invoices and vat get automatically inputted into the software for my accountants easy access. Being able to offer 0% finance is a game changer in my business, that's the route alot of customers want to go down these days so it's a great feature.

Cons

There's nothing I Dislike about Payaca but the only thing missing for me is a customer satisfaction note to sign at the end of a job.

We’ve had feedback that the customer experience with received quotes has been a deal breaker for them, winning us the business over competitors. What else can we say..

Pros

The simplicity of the quoting process and then invoicing has massively reduced the time needed allowing us to concentrate on business development. That paired with the customer experience means that this tool is now one of the most critical in our business.

Cons

In all honesty at present we don’t have any gripes.

Reason for choosing Payaca

Overall experience has been fantastic, The guys are brilliant. Any problems they are there to help in an instant. I sent a message to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] not expecting a reply. He replied with in 5 mins and offered to give me a call to talk me through it.

Pros

I found the interactive quotes are the best thing for me, They save time as you can multiple options on the first quote for the customer. Also the fact it works to take deposits is fantastic!

Cons

I have no Cons about Payaca. Its fantastic for me

Sometimes you can't go back, you have to do a duplicate, it's the preview option needs changing
