Echt een top software. Bespaart mij super veel tijd op het inplannen van de onderhousafspraken. Afspraken komen jaarlijks terug.

Pros

Makkelijk te gebruiken en bespaart heel veel tijd. Support is goed als je een keer een vraag hebt dan wordt je snel geholpen. Nog persoonlijk wat moeilijk te vinden is in deze tijd.

Cons

Nog geen mobiele app dat is wel jammer, gaat ooit wel komen zeggen ze, maar op dit moment is het er nog niet.

Serviceplanner is een compleet service programma wat duidelijk en overzichtelijk is. Tevens zijn de werkbonnen makkelijk te maken en daaruit te factureren.

Pros

Overzichtelijk, eenvoudig programma om mee te werken.

Cons

De gemaakte facturen komen bij de klant in de Spambox terecht waardoor sommige klanten onterecht op de (onbetaalde) debiteurenlijst komen en dan weten ze van niets.

Pros

Een specifiek programma voor korte of langere afspraken voor een klein bedrijf met 1 a 2 medewerkers in de schoorsteenveegbranche vinden is niet zo makkelijk. Maar met dit programma komen wij professioneel over en wij hebben veel beter overzicht over onze planning. De planning berekend zelf de afstand en tijden. Dat is fijn. Soms loopt dat nog niet helemaal soepel maar daar kunnen we handmatig wel iets in passen. Ook de korte lijntjes en snelle service van de medewerkers van serviceplanner ervaren wij als heel prettig. Ze hebben echt geduld en proberen mee te denken.

Cons

Soms de planfouten en we hopen dat er in de toekomst nog een app komt omdat het voor de medewerkers simpeler is om in hun route dan de app te openen ipv via internet. Ook hopen we dat we het klantenbestand ook per maand of per jaar kunnen bekijken en we missen wat statistieken.

Automatische plannen van de afspraken, en dat de mogelijkheid is voor klanten om zelf afspraken te maken

Cons

Alles omzetten naar service planner maar dat hebben ze volledig uit handen genomen en zeer goed over gezet en meegedacht

Prima programma en veel opties mogelijk , en goede service en ondersteuning !!! Ben hier erg blij mee ik had dit 10jaar geleden moeten hebben.

Pros

Online afspraken systeem via de mail erg handig en een uitkomst.

Cons

\-Mail die bij klanten in de spambox toch nog komt , of als klant is verhuisd of mail niet op tijd leest etc. maakt het systeem toch de afspraak , misschien beter om een knopje ''voor akkoord '' aan te maken , weet je 100% zeker dat de afspraak is bevestigd. - zou fijn zijn als je een soort digitaal contract kan afsluiten met de klant of kan laten ondertekenen met verschillende prijzen per klant , en dat de klant zijn eigen prijs ook kan inzien. Dit ivm verlenging van oude abonnementen naar nieuwe prijzen. - klanten die naast elkaar zitten zou fijner zijn als je die tesamen kan inplannen. - Als klant andere datum kiest geeft hij datums in de toekomst aan (maand erop) maar als je paar keer doorklikt geeft hij weer datums in de maand (ervoor) weer aan ?? - klant kan geloof ik 1 a 2 maanden vooruit plannen volgens raamwerk maar heb paar klanten gehad die in maart al tot juni konden plannen , misschien iets met instellingen niet okeey ??? - evt whatsapp functie in de toekomst ????? of een andere snelle chatfunctie zodat je via het systeem sneller contact kan leggen met klant. - knopje achter 1e telnr daar kun je niet invullen dhr / mevr ??

Goed pakket wat doet wat het belooft. Afspraken maken en onze klanten in staat stellen om ze zelf te wijzigen indien gewenst.

Pros

Makkelijk zelf afspraken maken en de automatische afspraken lopen als een tierelier! Klant ondersteuning is perfect!

Cons

Dat je steeds op een button 'Opslaan' moet klikken als je wat gewijzigd hebt en geen waarschuwing krijgt als je dat vergeet!!!
