Our overall experience with RewardUp has been excellent. The loyalty and marketing system helped us improve customer engagement and increase repeat business. The onboarding process was smooth, and their support team was responsive and professional. We especially appreciate having a dedicated assistant to help with setup and ongoing support. The platform is easy to use for both staff and customers, and we are very happy with the results.

Pros

RewardUp has been a great tool for our restaurant. It helped us increase repeat customers and improve customer loyalty. The system is easy to use, and their support team is very helpful and responsive. I would recommend it to any restaurant owner looking to grow their business.

Cons

Honestly, there was not much we disliked. Like any new system, it took a little time for staff to get familiar with it at the beginning, but the support team was very helpful throughout the process.

I am a seasonal Business and Reward Up is one of the loyalty programs that charge me for the months I am closed... Not a real issue.

The platform itself has been a game changer for our business. We were able to replace three separate apps with RewardUp, which has simplified our operations and saved us time. On top of that, their pricing is very fair compared to competitors, especially considering the level of support and functionality they provide. If you’re looking for an all-in-one solution backed by a team that actually cares, RewardUp is absolutely worth it.

From onboarding to support, it's been great. I have used the chat support. phone support, and my dedicated account rep. All 3 have been knowledgeable on the product and able to solve my issues within seconds or minutes.

Pros

If you have not looked at this system, definitely schedule a call. They saved me about 65% on my monthly charges from my previous rewards system. the BEST part is. I call up on a Saturday night at 7pm central for support and someone answers the phone and helps me. RewardUP is SUPER simple to use. It's easy to manage for multiple sites. I literally could not ask for a better program. It also integrates flawlessly with my Clover system which is a plus. My customers are EXTREMELY happy with the switch. I definitely encourage you to try them and even do the 30 days trial just to see how easy it is. It has some very basic and easy functions to get you going, but the amount of customization I was able to do was great. And it was EASY to do. Seriously, give this program a try. You won't be disappointed.

Cons

The only thing that I found so far is that I can't set my rewards expiry to what I want. Its either 365 days or they never expire. But a simple enhancement in the software can fix that. Also, we have 3 sites and when you ask people to follow, it only allows for 1 URL per social media site. Those things are small and simple.

Cost was a big factor. Their separate tablet was always giving duplicate rewards to customers which cost me more money as I could not argue as to what the system showed the user. So for customer retention I had to eat a lot of discounts and freebies I was wanting to. They told me to send screenshots and things, but their willingness to help was non existent, and the cost we paid for site really should have been better for our service.

Absolutely wonderful add-on to Clover POS. The RewardsUP team will walk you through every step of the way so it is as easy as possible, and they're always available for support.

Pros

Very easy to use, works if you have one or multiple locations, customers love it, and you can customize the rewards however you like. The price point is not bad at all in comparison to others.

All the flexibility. Not just one simple reward program but many many options. You can even send specials to specific customers via text!

Pros

Tons of cool features that I haven't seen on other apps and the customer service is exceptional. The app has worked smoothly for us with zero issues.

Cons

The cost of sending SMS messages. Some apps are more expensive but include unlimited sms. Reward up is cheaper on front end but its pretty expensive if you are looking to send sms messages often.

Easy to be onboarded, and has really good customer service. From feedback of our customer, it's easy to signup.

Cons

SMS message setup has a little bit hiccups. It has disconnection from documents to GUI. Any manual steps need to be mentioned in documentation.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company. RewardUp has exceeded our every expectation—unmatched communication, incredible support, and a platform that’s genuinely easy for staff and customers alike. \[sensitive content hidden\] both took the time to learn about our business and cater to our specific needs, which meant a lot. \[sensitive content hidden\] customized our branding before we even met and had everything set up ahead of launch, and any time I’ve had a question, he’s responded within minutes. Customers love that they can join with just a phone number, the Clover integration works flawlessly, and the data insights have already helped us plan better sales and events. As a nonprofit with a tight budget, the flat-rate pricing with no tiers, contracts, or hidden fees has been a huge benefit. We’ve seen a real positive shift in our stores, and I only wish we had started sooner. RewardUp has been outstanding in every way.

All in all, it’s a solid platform. I have been searching for two weeks, trying to find a software and a rewards program for my customers and reward of it is the first one that didn’t feel like a scam or didn’t feel like all they cared about is your money they gently want to help you and they will try their hardest. I recommend you give them a chance you won’t be disappointed.

Pros

It is a user-friendly platform after you download the software. It’s very easy to mess around on it create the rewards and points system that you like and the customer service teams are very helpful. I haven’t had an issue so far.

Cons

The one thing that I did not like about reward up is that they are linked with clover to utilize the full software. You will need the clover POS, but I manage to work around that with my own iPad so far so you can also.

From sale to implementation has been super smooth. Product is spot on and exceeding expectations. My main value point is not loading Gift Cards. Store credit so I can hand out free cards. Just the best solution available. Thanks RewardUp team!

Overall, RewardsUp offers amazing value, great support, and a super easy-to-use system. We would highly recommend it to any business looking to elevate their loyalty and rewards program.

Pros

RewardsUp has been a game changer for our business. The value for money is incredible — we get a full loyalty system, email tools, and gift cards all in one, making it very cost-effective. It’s also extremely easy to use; our whole team picked it up quickly and confidently uses it with customers. Their client support is excellent and always responsive. The gift card and customer rewards features have helped us build strong relationships and keep customers coming back. Overall, amazing value, great support, and a user-friendly platform. We highly recommend RewardsUp to any business.

Cons

If I had to mention one “con,” it’s really more of a wish-list item than a drawback: the email campaign structure could be a bit more customizable so that our emails aren’t always in the same format. A bit more flexibility with layouts and design options would make an already great tool even better.

Pros

We enjoy all the perks Reward Up has to offer our new and existing customers. Its a great tool to increase business during this day and age. Everyone loves aa discount or free stuff.

Cons

Price per month can be a little high but everything is worth discussing with your representative to assist you in finding a better solution for growth.

He takes the time to fully understand our goals and consistently finds the best solutions. Thanks to him, our experience with RewardUp has been smooth, efficient, and highly professional. Cons

As for RewardUp itself, everything works well overall, but since I manage multiple locations, it would be helpful if I could register separate credit cards for each one. Also, once in a while the system has small bugs during the day, but aside from that, it’s been a great experience.

Excellent - Customer service and the app is easy and does what I wanted. Mainly SMS blasts and customer info with rewards points.

Pros

The app is very easy to use and provides great service if you get stuck on something! The price is fair compared to other apps and it was easy to set up.

Cons

The cost, although fair, is always a negative, but it takes money to run a good customer service campaign.

I was left with no option after my previous rewards program went belly up overnight. After researching several through and outside the Clover POS, I talked with RewardUp and one other company. Besides being very helpful, accommodating to my very short and urgent timeline, I decided to go with RewardUp and so far I am very satisfied. I am excited to try out some new features that go well beyond my previous rewards program. The monthly subscription fee is very competitive too. Sometimes things happen for a reason and I would not have approached RewardUp otherwise as I had grown complacent with my former loyalty program. I believe will help me continue to build my business. Pros

Customer Service - Sales and Training - top notch so far Many features - well beyond my previous app. User friendly app Gift card integration with Clover Clover integration, including products - this could be a game changer for us when we do promos.

Cons

Nothing so far. The one month free trial is helpful to complete a full evaluation and ensure that the Premium subscription is how we want to continue.

I was blown away by all of the features this app has. It covers everything you could ever need in a reward/loyalty app for the Clover system. Additionally, from the salesperson to the support team, the customer service is exceptional! Just awesome!!

Cons

Despite paying for the premium package, I still incur charges for SMS usage. I thought I would get all features since I was purchasing their top package.
