It was a great experience. Once I signed up \[sensitive content hidden\] helped through the set up and got us up and running immediately. Staff and customers find it so easy to use.

Pros

How easy it is to use. How is integrates into Clover seamlessly. The service was great and any questions I had were answered immediately. I think RewardUp has really improved my business.

Cons

I dont have any cons with RewardUp. I think everyone would be extremely happpy with it. Customers have really adopted the program.

GREAT!!!! Sent a message to the website late last night. They responded first thing this morning and set up a zoom and answered all our questions.

Pros

Tech Support was better than any company I have ever dealt with!!!! Very helpful team. Responsive and knowledgeable.

Cons

NOTHING so far has been a problem. Very responsive to questions. Very informative. Offered a zoom call immediately.

Virtual Punch card program a big hit with customers, easy to intuit back-end dashboard/workspace, lots of options to customize rewards for certain segments of clientele. Excellent support on the chat and very responsive and helpful with questions.

Excellent supportive customer service, with user-friendly chat. Quick response time. Virtual Punch card program a big hit with customers, easy to intuit back-end dashboard/workspace, lots of options to customize rewards for certain segments of clientele.

Cons

Certain functionality not available yet, but it seems like it is coming soon so I am hopeful! Need the ability to bundle products for discounts.

Very Positive. We had an issue or two when we switched over, but it was handled quickly by the Reward UP customer service team

Pros

It's easy to use and the customer service is GREAT. I love how I don't need an extra tablet to operate Reward Up.

Cons

I wish it was a little faster. I wish we could start checking people out as they were typing in their telephone number, but we have to wait until the customer is fully checked in before we can scan an item
