### "Everything it says it is"

Great presentations, great service to get us up and running. Still new to the environment but have nothing but great things to say thus far.

Pros

I truly enjoy the ability to further manage devices that are ran within our SCCM ecosystem. We can easily run tasks for entire collections and groupings. Run granular reports on devices external peripherals. All around solid product w/ tools that make our job exponentially easier.

Cons

Not that it's a "least" about the product but I dislike how much I have to learn a new product but that passes with time.
