The kiosk payment systems are fragile and difficult to maintain stable connectivity. We have found other payment solutions better for our business Pros PayRange used to te scaleable and easy to install in our laundromat chain. The Bluetooth functionality is solid. Cons The subscription pricing dor their hardware is not cost efficient long term, they pay out on a weekly basis as opposed to daily and their reporting is not very granular and requires significant inprovement to be informative. We have found the kiosk payment systems to be unstable and prone to shutdown despite a robust wifi. Pros I like the newer machines we have. And they are a little bigger. I like the app gives you ways to earn credits. Cons It is way too expensive to use to wash clothes and dry. Once you download the app it is very easy to follow the prompts to complete the payment. Cons If customers do not have a smart phone then they can not use our vending options.
