Die unkomplizierte Kommunikation intern wie extern. Die Möglichkeit Kampagnen zu erstellen und die Wirksamkeit im Blick zu haben. Der hervorragende Service und die schnelle Reaktionszeit der Ansprechpartner.

Cons

Eine einfachere Anlage von Kampagnen über mehrere Accounts/Nummern wäre eine sinnvolle Ergänzung für die Effektivität.

Meine Erfahrung mit Flinkit ist durchweg sehr positiv. Die Plattform ist intuitiv aufgebaut, praxisnah gestaltet und lässt sich gut in den Arbeitsalltag integrieren. Besonders schätze ich, dass das Tool laufend weiterentwickelt wird – neue Funktionen und Verbesserungen kommen regelmäßig und sind klar an den Bedürfnissen der Nutzer orientiert. Der Support ist schnell, persönlich und lösungsorientiert – man merkt, dass das Team hinter Flinkit wirklich nah am Kunden arbeitet.

Pros

Mit Flinkit gelingt uns eine strukturierte und unkomplizierte Kommunikation zwischen Innen- und Außendienst, ohne dass Informationen verloren gehen. Besonders hilfreich ist die Möglichkeit, alle Teammitglieder über eine zentrale WhatsApp-Nummer arbeiten zu lassen – das spart enorm Zeit und sorgt für klare Prozesse. Das Kampagnentool ist ein weiteres Highlight: WhatsApp-Newsletter lassen sich damit schnell erstellen, planen und versenden – ideal, um gezielt mit Kundengruppen in Kontakt zu treten. Die vielen Zusatzfunktionen im Chat, wie Übersetzung und Sprachnachricht-Transkription, runden das Ganze sinnvoll ab. Ich habe durchweg positive Erfahrungen mit Flinkit. Es ist schlichtweg Software die Funktioniert. Leicht zu integrieren und zu bedienen unsere Fachabteilungen lieben den direkten Draht zum Kunden

Möglichkeit zur direkten 1:1 Kommunikation zwischen Firmenansprechpartner und Kunde. Es ändert sich für den Kunden nichts und es kann weiterhin Whatsapp genutzt werden. Das Kampagnentool ist super und intuitiv bedienbar. Verstehen bei uns sogar die Dinos

Das Berechtigungssystem der Kontakte ist irgendwie schwierig zu händeln. Braucht man aber unter Umständen gar nicht

Mit den Platzhaltern von Flinkit Neuigkeiten zur Anfrage, Abholung, Rückfrage, Nachricht z. Angebot u. Lieferung arbeite ich täglich, weil sie meinen Tagesablauf erleichtern, besonders wenn ich den ganzen Tag am Rechner sitze. Ich brauche nicht mehr ständig auf mein Handy schauen, ob eine Anfrage oder Bestellung per WhatsApp angekommen ist. Das finde ich so genial!
