Nexoid has completely taken away the need for management to micromanage our staff. All Staff are fully aware of their progress on each project throughout the month and it empowers all our staff for their own progression to achieve their max potential.

Pros

We know exactly where we stand regarding our performance. It removes all the guesswork.

Cons

The user interface at times can be a little limiting.
