The support team are extremely kind and are one of the primary reasons my firm will stick with Lighthouse Spectra. Pros Lighthouse Spectra makes our litigation and eDiscovery work so much easier. The interface is slick and easy to process documents into Relativity. It allows my small firm to go toe-to-toe against much larger firms. Cons It is an extremely complex application. There is a steep learning curve and it can be challenging to learn as your going. The ability to get up and running quickly on any matter is beneficial. The customer support team is top-notch and shows that they truly want to help the client. Cons I would like a billing module built in to the software so that it doesn't require interaction with the Lighthouse team each month. The import/export feature needs to be fine tuned to handle larger exports more efficiently. Pros It allows us to quickly review large volumes of electronic documents for documents that are responsive to eDiscovery or Public Records Act requests.
