It's fast, and great looking UI. It's so easy to create different groups and communities and fun to interact with others.
It's pretty customizable and the features are fun to use. The paid perks are well worth the price too.

Discord doesn't really have any flaws, but still things that can be improved. Discord should continue to work on moderation, especially to prevent spam actions on public servers.
Discord is not primarily for business use as it lacks many features.

Overall: Before this, I used Slack; Discord is way better than Slack. These features include strong privacy control, screen sharing, high-quality voice, and video. All these things make Discord the best.
Pros: Discord is a perfect platform to communicate with employees. There are many things that I like the most in Discord that are: - User-Friendly Interface - High-Quality Voice & Video Chat - Organized Text Channels - Cross-Platform Support - Screen Sharing - Free Core Features - Strong Privacy Controls
Cons: Beginners can face some issues while using Discord, like a little complex Setup for Beginners. In Public Servers, privacy is a big concern. Sometimes Frequent Updates Disrupt Workflow Overall, it's a very good platform.

Overall: Excellent option for smartphones, for sharing information within a created interest group. Easy to use.
Pros: I like the ease of use and organization of information.
Cons: Not having an option to operate through a browser, without requiring the application to be installed on a computer.
"Terrible Screening & Terrible Customer Service"
Overall: It is clunky at best for adding images to posts and joining audio or video sessions. I'm multiple groups and each group only has a small icon to ID it, so finding each group is difficult. So this latest experience really topped the cake. I am contemplating not using it anymore. And tomorrow I receive a new (used, but to me) PC I purchased mainly to be my dedicated Discord PC.
Pros: Multiple forums available on one application.
Cons: I have used Discord for about 5 years. A problem I have faced is scammers direct messaging me. Discord doesn't seem to be able to do anything about that. Last week I received an invitation to join a Discord forum by a vendor from whom I have purchased several hundred $-worth of product. I tried several times to join that forum on 2 different PCs. Because their service was lousy, they added insult to injury by suspending my account. I appealed 4 days ago -- crickets.

Overall: I use Discord since 2018 and so far I've been very satisfied.
Pros: I use Discord to communicate with my colleagues. It's easy to use with a nice user interface, and a solid notifications system.
Cons: I know it's a game-oriented chat but I'd love to see it emphasise features towards professionals. Like integration with github etc.
"Discord Review - Great Chat and Messaging, Poor Advanced Audio"
Pros: Easy to use, options to share files are easy, video streaming is great too for the most part.
Cons: Audio experience when sharing application audio is poor - frequent cracking and popping and needing to restart video streams. Poor integration with third party audio cards.
